If things go normal, product is delivered within a "reasonable" amount of time, then Groupon is just fine. Now for the past few months I have been caught in the Groupon refund nightmare. Product never arrived, had at least 5 different support contacts. Just wanted refund. They dont do that, they add "Bucks" to an email account I never set up, purchased as guest with an email account and that's where they dropped the "Bucks" Problem went really sideways when I would not put a credit card on the account they put the bucks in. Made me agree to all these "conditions via email, finally after doing all they asked I saw the bucks appear. So now I have these Bucks and stupid me, ordered replacement product--- And... nothing has arrived, here we go again, its now totally my fault. Never again...
