I have been facing ongoing issues with Grover's customer support and billing practices. Despite repeatedly reaching out to their customer support regarding charges for items I had chosen to purchase and keep forever, I have received no response. They continue to charge me without resolving the issue.
The lack of communication and support from Grover is extremely frustrating. I have followed their process for purchasing the item, but they have failed to acknowledge my request and continue to charge me.
As a customer, I expect timely and responsive customer support, especially when it comes to billing matters. Grover's lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I have tried multiple channels to reach them, but they have not taken any action to address the problem.
I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Grover and to thoroughly review their rental agreements and billing practices. I am disappointed with the poor customer support and billing practices I have experienced with them.
