I’ve rented my device and its accessory for a year, not missed a payment, the device wasn’t new when I received it, although I can have no complaints about its condition. However, it became clear as to why they stopped telling you the future purchase price until after the rental period is up. After twelve months of renting an already used device, their offer for me to purchase it from them is about 10% cheaper than the retail price. That’s an absolute rip-off and I’ve learned my lesson about renting from them. If you’re even thinking about buying the device, rather get it in instalments. There is no benefit to renting from Grover, unless you only need an extremely costly device for their shortest rental period. Never wasting a cent with them again.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Grover.com!!! Ich habe eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Grover.com gemacht. Der Service war weit unter meinen Erwartungen. Die Benutzeroberfläche der Webseite ist verwirrend und unübersichtlich. Es ist schwer, die gewünschten Informationen zu finden, und die Navigation ist alles andere als intuitiv. Zudem gab es Probleme mit der Kaufoption für gemietete Geräte. Trotz der Angabe, dass man vor einem bestimmten Datum die Geräte kaufen kann, wurde mir diese Option weder in der App noch auf der Webseite angezeigt. Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls nicht hilfreich und reagierte langsam auf meine Anfragen. Obwohl Grover.com schnell beim Vermieten und Versenden der Geräte ist, lassen sie beim Gerätekauf stark zu wünschen übrig. Vorsicht! Insgesamt würde ich Grover.com aufgrund meiner schlechten Erfahrungen nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt definitiv bessere Alternativen auf dem Markt.

Don't believe Grover, you don't have a choice! #falseadvertising #groverdoesntcare Grover advertises itself as a flexible tech rental service, but my experience has been far from that. Despite their claims of offering flexibility, when I encountered an issue and reached out for assistance, I was simply referred to the terms of the rental agreement. There was no consideration of my situation or willingness to make any adjustments, which felt misleading given their advertised promises. It became clear that their flexibility only applies when it suits them, leaving customers with little support or options. Disappointing service for anyone expecting real customer-centric flexibility.

It’s second time when I’m not satisfied with my order, last time I got phone with 92% battery and they say, it’s as new… Now I ordered a new phone, and websites was saying I will get it in 3 days…..it’s been already 8 days and my order is still at warehouse getting prepared. Feels that they offer things they don’t have in warehouse , and then u need to wait good knows how long.

Bought a phone through them. The second I made my last payment to keep the device my battery started bulging. Tried making last payment to keep my Alienware PC on May 6th and it told me to contact customer service to keep the device, but the chat is no longer available in the US so I emailed them and they told me they can process the last payment to keep the device but they already took the payment automatically on the due date after May 6 when I tried contacting them about it. Now I'm just waiting for them to get back to me after letting them know the last payment was made automatically. Not a good experience with these purchases.

They do modern Fraud! By setting some rules that are not clear for the customers. You should pay for always! And the customer service is not responsive at all! Zero friendly! It was my first and last experience with Grover!

I rented a digital piano but never received it. There’s no custom service just like all the other frauds. They even created a fake “reviews.io” website with thousands of fake reviews and a fake 4.5 stars!

Horrible experience, no response from customer service, no way to speak with a human. I wish I knew what is the standard before I signed up, will try to cancel the agreement, and for sure will never use again in the future

Terrible Customer Service and a Rip-off I have rented a Product for 36 Months and it said that I could buy it after 24 Months of renting. When I tried reaching the customer service to buy it, they just removed the function to buy off of my product. Would not recommend!

I returned my equipment 24 days before the deadline and followed the entire returning process. Even though the return was processed by them with a pick-up ordered by them, they can't find it and continue charging me. Awful experience. Save yourself from this. Note: they can affect your credit score.

Hele slechte klantenservice! Na het bestellen van een iPhone heb ik geen bericht gekregen van de bezorgdienst wanneer de bezorger aan de deur zou staan. Hierdoor is het product retour meegenomen door de bezorgdienst en vervolgens is het volgens Grover kwijt geraakt. Dit is 2 maanden geleden, de enige response die ik van Grover krijg is dat er een onderzoek is gestart en dit nog 2 maanden kan duren. Graag wil ik mijn geld terug! Regel een betere samenwerking met de bezorgdienst zodat de consument hier niet de dupe van is.

What's the point of this service if, as a first timer, I have an entry barrier for rental?Tried to rent a body and a lens. Rejected, adjusted the amount lower, rejected again. I do not need to gradually earn their trust in order to be able to access certain equipment (200 per 1 month is already low). So, funky business model, will not use and will not recommend. I do not need lower grade equipment... that's why I lease in the first place.

I have been facing ongoing issues with Grover's customer support and billing practices. Despite repeatedly reaching out to their customer support regarding charges for items I had chosen to purchase and keep forever, I have received no response. They continue to charge me without resolving the issue. The lack of communication and support from Grover is extremely frustrating. I have followed their process for purchasing the item, but they have failed to acknowledge my request and continue to charge me. As a customer, I expect timely and responsive customer support, especially when it comes to billing matters. Grover's lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I have tried multiple channels to reach them, but they have not taken any action to address the problem. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Grover and to thoroughly review their rental agreements and billing practices. I am disappointed with the poor customer support and billing practices I have experienced with them.
