They do modern Fraud! By setting some rules that are not clear for the customers. You should pay for always! And the customer service is not responsive at all! Zero friendly! It was my first and last experience with Grover!

I rented a digital piano but never received it. There’s no custom service just like all the other frauds. They even created a fake “reviews.io” website with thousands of fake reviews and a fake 4.5 stars!

Horrible experience, no response from customer service, no way to speak with a human. I wish I knew what is the standard before I signed up, will try to cancel the agreement, and for sure will never use again in the future

I returned my equipment 24 days before the deadline and followed the entire returning process. Even though the return was processed by them with a pick-up ordered by them, they can't find it and continue charging me. Awful experience. Save yourself from this. Note: they can affect your credit score.

Hele slechte klantenservice! Na het bestellen van een iPhone heb ik geen bericht gekregen van de bezorgdienst wanneer de bezorger aan de deur zou staan. Hierdoor is het product retour meegenomen door de bezorgdienst en vervolgens is het volgens Grover kwijt geraakt. Dit is 2 maanden geleden, de enige response die ik van Grover krijg is dat er een onderzoek is gestart en dit nog 2 maanden kan duren. Graag wil ik mijn geld terug! Regel een betere samenwerking met de bezorgdienst zodat de consument hier niet de dupe van is.

What's the point of this service if, as a first timer, I have an entry barrier for rental?Tried to rent a body and a lens. Rejected, adjusted the amount lower, rejected again. I do not need to gradually earn their trust in order to be able to access certain equipment (200 per 1 month is already low). So, funky business model, will not use and will not recommend. I do not need lower grade equipment... that's why I lease in the first place.

I have been facing ongoing issues with Grover's customer support and billing practices. Despite repeatedly reaching out to their customer support regarding charges for items I had chosen to purchase and keep forever, I have received no response. They continue to charge me without resolving the issue. The lack of communication and support from Grover is extremely frustrating. I have followed their process for purchasing the item, but they have failed to acknowledge my request and continue to charge me. As a customer, I expect timely and responsive customer support, especially when it comes to billing matters. Grover's lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I have tried multiple channels to reach them, but they have not taken any action to address the problem. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Grover and to thoroughly review their rental agreements and billing practices. I am disappointed with the poor customer support and billing practices I have experienced with them.

They tell you rent with no strings attached however they do A soft pull of your credit report and then deny you.

Started off great but soon became bad. It's hard to make payments from the get go but I fell behind due to losing my job. Zero support from their customer service. But they sure like to send threatening and harassing emails. Sigh. Wish I'd never gotten involved and will be working hard to not only get caught up but to also pay off my balance asap.

I tried renting a gaming pc, but I can't because I can't complete the address.I live in canada. And the country selection won't change. It's ridiculous.

Whatever you see, do not trust this company and do not give your bank / card details to them under no circumstance! They can do in between subscription period charges, and once you cancel your subscription rightfully and lawfully, they pretend the tech is lost and keep charging you no matter what you do. They kept me waiting over 60 days with a support case and refuse to even respond to me meanwhile charging my card. There isn't a single UI in their website for me to delete my card details. I had to cancel my card and open a bank dispute. They are doing very ugly business. I have never written a review like this in my life, but this company deserves it.

After my second month payment they would not accept my card anymore. I had to be sent a special link to make my payments and those were never applied to my account. I spent months trying to get this issue resolved to no avail, my last communication with their collection department said that they had handled it and I returned the watch to them. I'm now receiving emails that I'm still in possession of said watch and my contract has been sent to collections. Company made a mistake can tone up or fix their mistake now I'm the one paying for it. This company is legal thieves

I am in the US, I ordered/lease an iphone 12, the company approved my request and charged my credit card. 3 days later I received what it seems to be an used phone but in good condition. I transfered all my information from my old phone to the new phone from Grover and the headache started. My phone was not getting my wireless provider signal, after hours in the phone with my provider they told me the phone was locked by a different cellphone provider. I called this provider and they sent me to one the location closed by. My surprise, the phone was reported STOLEN and they couldn't unlocked. They could have kept the phone and return it to its owner or call the police and I would be charge for buying stolen property. The people at the store gave me the phone and i decided to contact Grover, they asked me to send the phone back and I will get my refund as long as they received the phone. They got the phone one month ago, they keep telling me, first I have to wait for the warehouse to received the phone in the system to get my refund. The phone (as per emails from them) was received in the system October 13, it is now Nov. 11 and NO REFUND, they are not even retuning my emails now. It is impossible to communicate with them as the website uses computer customer service and there is no option to speak to someone. Why. they have to scam people? really, I don't understand.

Their customer service has not been responding to me for more than 3 weeks after a tried deduction to my account of total of EUR 239 FOR A DEVICE THAT IS NOT EVEN IN MY POSSESSION. And they said that since I agreed in the terms in conditions, they cannot remove the payment because THEY CANNOT FIND THE DEVICE FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE. A common problem they don't resolve at the expense of the customer. Scroll down from their previous posts in their facebook page, they have cases similar to mine - and they don't seem to want to address it. They won't care about the customer even if their system continues to get money from your bank account / credit card. There is a scheduled payment again coming up for this month and they said they will not stop charging. They blocked me in their facebook page.
