Service people are nice. Sadly my package was sent back to grover and i was told they had to cancel my subscription plan and i had to do a new one. Not really a big deal as the payment will be reverted. But it remains a mystery why i can’t just pay shipping again and they send it again. Well. Over all, this system is nice, the prices are good and customisable, the selection is big and set up of a subscription is quick and easy
