I have yet to receive the equipment I ordered a week ago. The experience is suboptimal starting from the rental application processing to the actual delivery. The fulfillment of the order, logistics & how the delivery is handled is so obscure, I don't really know if the thing is getting shipped from Alibaba in China or a local supplier. There is no number for contacting customer service other than a mailbox. My guess is that the product team is too busy fixing the B2B experience rather than B2C.
