The address was incomplete and the post-service did not find my door, leaving the package 1.5km away (I work from home). Then, after picking the parcel, I unpacked the product and realized that I received a 16Gb-ram laptop, instead of the 32Gb that I had ordered. I need to work with this computer in a few days, but there is no way to reach customer service without waiting a day. Tomorrow it will be too late since I have to travel with it. I should have received this computer four days ago... A complete disaster that will delay my project.
