I didn't recieve the package. I don't know DHL delivered to whom. On their website there is no clear info with tracking number. I already reached to Grover many times because the package was lost in DHL. No one helped me from Grover help. You already approved the start of the renting period and charged me for initial fee. I hope someone will take this seriously and take care of this situation with a compansation for the stress and energy you cost.
