These people rent/sell inferior products and are not customer focused, in fact it's been impossible for them to send a return shipping label despite requesting one for months while continuing to bill me. The "support" employees are clueless as to providing SERVICE to existing customers and are argumentative when trying to resolve this. The laptop they sent me won't even allow me to install print drivers or retrieve external files. I can't discourage future customers more strongly. At this point they won't send a return label until I pay them which at this point feels more like extortion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
