The quality is new I can't tell that I have rental earbuds. I feel like I got a brand new pair of headphones. I am renting the galaxy buds 2 and they are fantastic. The shipping was fast the whole process was seamless. I encourage anyone who wants premium tech at a bargain price and you can return if you don't like the product. Grover is a great service!
