Das Konzept ist super, allerdings ist der Support absolut Mangelhaft. Keine Erreichbarkeit, kein Telefonsupport. Ferner wird das Circle Prinzip ausghebelt wenn jedes Gerät bei minimale Mängeln sofort zurückgeschickt wird und eine Neue Miete beginnen werden muss. Gibt den Leute doch die Möglichkeit die Miete mit Reparatur durchzuführen.
