Grover's idea is great, but the execution has been a disaster for me. I ordered a simple item (a GoPro) to test the service and it was delivered super fast. When the package arrived, it looked like your grandfather's, with random boxes nested inside each other and taped together with anonymous tape (ok ok... don't trust first impressions, don't judge a book by its cover), so I opened it and... some accessories were missing. So I decided to try to contact them... once, twice, three times... more and more. First of all you meet a bot, probably one of the dumbest AI... or better Artificial Stupidity generated in the bot market, where the typical answer is: "Sorry, as a bot I couldn't find an answer for that. And the funniest thing (after trying to communicate with the bot you will reach epochal heights of despair, and any further failure will seem merely "nice"), even if you try to send one of the default options (support in English, made by a built-in button) you will get an error! And then... decided to wait for the opening hours to contact the support, I open my chat at 10 am (the support works from 10 am to 5 pm) and... now at 12.25 (of the day after !!!!) Still waiting for an answer. Honestly, from a German company... I expected better service. Can't wait to return the item, close my account and delete them from my browsing history.
