I have been renting for almost a year now and until now I haven’t encountered any problems with the tech I am renting.
One thing I must say, their customer service is practically non-existent. When the bot does not answer your question it doesn’t automatically connect you to an agent, you have to do this yourself and wait a very long time before they get back to you.
