It all came as expected within the estimated delivery range. Product just as described, no complaints. Package was in horrendous shape when it arrived, but the product itself was fine and in prestige condition. One concern, and this might be more a UPS thing than Grover: My package was sent from Germany, to the Netherlands... Only for a label to be printed, and then sent back to Grover (where it was original sent from) . AFTER that, it was on its way to me... It didn't effect delivery time at all, however... It does seem like a bit of a huge footprint just to create a label. As sustainability is a big part of why I chose grover, this did leave a sour aftertaste.
