I have been using grover for 2 years: Great idea, good selection of tech, everything works smoothly to lease a device! I Unfortunately, Grover does not seem to hire enough people for customer service and it gets really difficult and frustrating when you need to write/talk to someone or to send back a device for any reason. Regrettable!
