delivery in excellent condition ( new) , but i'm trying to send an article back, because i don't like it ( battery size was disappointing considering the advertised 55km )and want to cancel the rent and i don't hear a thing. Been a week now since I've been contacting them and having the product sitting there while I ordered the replacement product instead fearing I might pay both for not hearing anything back !
