Bad to null customer service, heavily used devices, and deceiving offers to buy their devices. More than a year trusting them to improve their service but it just keeps getting worse. Attached are images of how they deliver their products. For charging they’re very efficient though, charging you entire months even if they delay deliveries or pickups, and charging extra months at the end of each subscription even if you were offered to buy for 1 euro at your due date. Once my subscriptions are over I’ll be looking for a better company.
