From my first phone call I was certain my daughter was going to have a fab time. Daniele was SO good on the phone confirming everything and being very informative during the whole time. The lady who came N was absolutely wonderful, turned up on time and wouldn't let me help with anything. She worked really hard and all the girls had a great time. I was initially worried when I read some poor reviews, but i needn't have worried, everything ran like clockwork. Thank you!
