I have been a valued customer for 10+ years and a club member for the last 5yrs. Recently in the last year they changed their beer guarantee policy. Not knowing this was changed I sent back a bunch of shirts in which they just threw away instead of saying they wouldn't except them anymore. The rep on the phone told me that's the policy sorry! I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this company and was given the middle finger because of a policy they just decided to change out of nowhere. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They clearly don't care about their customers money or business. Spend your money elsewhere where it is appreciated.
