“Saw an advertisement on Instagram for a Father’s Day sale that was going on with Grunt Style. The ad looked EXACTLY like the brand and even took me to a website that is the identical twin of the Grunt Style site. It even had the Grunt Style copyright logo at the bottom! It was the EXACT same as their own website. I spent $150 only to find out weeks later that I had been duped. The worst part though — even if I had bought from the Grunt Style store itself, I still would have been sorely disappointed. After my unfortunate experience with a scam site, I started looking up Grunt Style (the true Grunt Style) online. Apparently, they aren’t much better than the folks who took my money. The only difference, Grunt Style will ship you your overpriced order but the quality will be way below what you pay for. They have a 1.5 rating on Trustpilot right now.

Despite their very written statements about caring about their customers and defending “freedoms”, in the end (at least for me) they only cared about their bottom line. Despite being duped by an exact replica of their site, they only offered me the soggy comfort of knowing that they are working hard at taking these scammer sites down. I didn’t ask for anything crazy — just help with getting the order I made for Father’s Day fulfilled. And yes, Grint Style isn’t responsible for making right what a scammer site has done wrong, but they are responsible for ensuring that the customer is protected. Customers who TRUST that name because of the patriotic message it conveys And customers who visit IDENTICAL sites like theirs — you should do more to protect those who place their trust in you and your product. You shout about PATRIOTISM, DEFENSE, and HONOR, but you do nothing to ensure your customers don’t get caught in the crosshairs of your own messy site and how easily it is being manipulated and recreated to profit on those same customers you claim to value.”
“No longer good quality tshirts. July 2025. Just another cheap screen print tshirt company. In the past, Grunt Style sold high quality shirts. Now the tshirts are noticeably more thin and cheap yet price remains same. Complete disappointment in a company that clearly decided to increase profit and provide a lesser product to customers.”
“Shipping is a disaster with these guys. Don't pay extra while checking out for a "guaranteed" deliver by date. They won't meet the date and won't refund your money. Oh they'll offer you 20% your next order if you're dumb enough to make one. Used to be a good company but have grown so much, customer service is not a priority. Won't be ordering anything else, plenty of other companies with similar products out there.”

Received a few, started emailing the company asking where the other items were? at the beginning I was getting answers and then it completely stopped. No response to emails any longer. called customer service phone kept on ringing stayed ringing for over a half hour finally somebody picked up. No help there, asked for a supervisor. She was absolutely no help. This company oversells their items and they don’t have them in stock. You do not ignore the customer after they’ve paid for everything. I have bought from this company for years and something’s changed here. Will never order again.”

“I love this brand, but I am so disappointed by a Customer Service team that apparently has no one to escalate matters to, that has no idea who runs their company, and that isn't willing to listen to their customers. After more than 6 weeks of placing my order, and more than a month of it sitting in a UPS depot, I had to contact 3 times to try to resolve my matter. They allege that the package is not "lost" even though there has been no tracking information since November 14th (more than a month ago). I was hung up on after asking numerous times for someone in the legal or logistics department that I could escalate the matter to. VERY disappointed by a company that stands for good things, but that doesn't actually care.”

“I have been a valued customer for 10+ years and a club member for the last 5yrs. Recently in the last year they changed their beer guarantee policy. Not knowing this was changed I sent back a bunch of shirts in which they just threw away instead of saying they wouldn't except them anymore. The rep on the phone told me that's the policy sorry! I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this company and was given the middle finger because of a policy they just decided to change out of nowhere. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They clearly don't care about their customers money or business. Spend your money elsewhere where it is appreciated.”

“I bought two backpacks one from gruntstyle edc elite and a Condor backpack . Edc elite uncomfortable to carry the loops you have on the zippers get tagged with each other the third pocket doesn't unzip all the way . Use this for work I work in a casnio I carry my lunch extra clothes my conceal carry and tried it for the range. This would be good some school kid .the conbor this for range and it is better built bag . Thanks larry brady”
