I love this brand, but I am so disappointed by a Customer Service team that apparently has no one to escalate matters to, that has no idea who runs their company, and that isn't willing to listen to their customers. After more than 6 weeks of placing my order, and more than a month of it sitting in a UPS depot, I had to contact 3 times to try to resolve my matter. They allege that the package is not "lost" even though there has been no tracking information since November 14th (more than a month ago). I was hung up on after asking numerous times for someone in the legal or logistics department that I could escalate the matter to. VERY disappointed by a company that stands for good things, but that doesn't actually care.
