Generally OK - some items pricey so need to check elsewhere first.
When GSF do make a mistake (sending 4 very different items in one package where four identical items were orderd & invoiced. Also sending three different types where four identical items were orderd & invoiced) the staff are quick to blame the customer for not providing part numbers. This seems to be their 'get out of jail free' card and is clearly overused. Returns process not good - have now been waiting in two days for a collection - refund has already arrived so GSF may have decided not to collect (but haven't told me). Room for improvement in their opion of themselves.
Will use again but only via PayPal and with the understanding that any mistake they make will always be my fault - even when they are clearly aware of thier mistake.
