“Was sent an email as I am on their email list, there was an offer of a free umbrella to the first 250 orders for wiper blades. I ordered a pair, a box large enough to accomodate an umbrella arrived, but there was only a pair of lonely wiper blades in the bottom and no umbrella. I then sent an email to customer services, who have not yet had the decency to respond about it, saying that I had ordered the wiper blades less than 2 hours after receiving the email and found it hard to believe they had taken 250+ orders in that time. To rub more salt into the wound, the next day I get another email with the same offer stating that there are still a few umbrellas left! GSF, you need to wake up and honour your offer, I started to buy my parts from you rather than another supplier, but now will be going back.”
