“Very poor service, ordered my part, have to ring 3 times to see where my order was, then when it came for it to be delivered the driver didn't even come to where I wanted it to be delivered as they kept putting can't find address, (a big warehouse with signs outside) Won't be using them again”

“1 paid for special delivery a week late still no parcel 2 rubbish communication 3 taken money from my bank and not for filled the order at all just taken my money 4 the email I received this morning stating that there was a problem regarding message off customers and you still didn't mention my delivery at all... 3 emails Iv sent to get this absolutely bs I want my money back or my order delivered”

“it was a light bulb doe sthe job. To be honest you shoudl get mnore staff at the Luton branch. I went there 3 times only to return home as I was not prepared to wait 30 minutes for a light bulb. , there was a long queue there with only one person at the desk. not good,.”

“Order #1009625138 – Very poor experience. I ordered two traction control arms (DLEAM0828L & DLEAM0828R) on 1st March, which were shown as in stock, but both items were missing from my order. I sent three emails and had great difficulty reaching them by phone. One person said they hadn’t received any emails, then later another said he found it, and when I called again someone else said there were no emails at all. Very poor internal communication. Now they say they will email to supplier and the the parts will come directly from the supplier, even though the website showed them as in stock. Customer service said they have emailed the supplier and will get back to me if they receive a response. As of 9th March, I am still waiting. No apology, no updates, and very poor communication. I would not recommend.”

“Order a part for click and collection on a Friday evening. Went to collect on Saturday morning, noticed the price had dropped, asked in store if they’d give me the lower price but told no. They have to “honour” the original price, I could have ordered it again but they said they’d make me wait 30 minutes. I couldn’t be bothered to wait around so paid. But I definitely won’t be using again, so you have lost a customer. Many other car part stores near me I will be using so it’s your loss. 🤷‍♂️”

“Ordered Sunday for click and collect at my local gsf car parts the next day. Great that you can pay on collection as I don't like using digital payment and would much rather pay in cash. Staff member on counter was polite, professional and friendly. The whole experience was a nice one.”
