“I went to collect the part. Initially they struggled to find the order (I ordered online) but the part wasn't there. I went back two days later, after receiving an email saying the part had been there for 7 days. On the third occasion the part was eventually located. No apology was offered. Rather disappointing as previously service has been spot on.”

“Ordered a new alternator on the Monday evening, took my money on the Tuesday, said 2-3 working days for delivery. I had to keep chasing it up as it didn't turn up by the Friday. Finally got it sorted the following Tuesday and received it on the Wednesday , so over a week to get it delivered when if I could have got to one of my local branches (car not working) i could have collected it next day as it was in stock . Was only refunded a delivery charge of 3.99 I believe it was for a £150 part .”
