“I chose to use GSF after had an accident in my car and needed to get back on the road ASAP. Purposely went with them as it said I could get my part for a next day click and collect slot if I ordered within two hours. This enabled a repair so I could be back on the road for Monday for my commute to work. Amazing. I then got an email confirming the same information that my part will be available at 10am the following morning. I went in and was told this was not the case and needed to be ordered in and I had to wait another 3.5 days, from Saturday morning to the Tuesday. I had no correspondence of this and was only ever told next day click and collect from 10am. It was too late over the weekend to find another part I could get sooner so I had to stick with the order. To make matters worse, on Monday I got an email reminder “don’t forget to collect your order”. I could have spent less money and had it at the same time I received the part due to the absolute mess up. I did complain because it’s simply false advertising and had caused not only inconvenience but also had a financial impact of my commute to work on the Monday. There was no empathy or actual accountability shown when I had a reply. I was simply offered loyalty points. They completely missed the purpose and meaning of what I was trying to say. An email letting me know wouldn’t have had me half as annoyed. The blame of not knowing it had to be delivered in despite CLEAR advertising that this item WAS available for next day delivery infuriated me further. Well I don’t aim to have any further accidents nor do I wish to use again. BE CAREFUL WITH CLICK AND COLLECT OTHERWISE YOUR TIME AND PLANS WILL BE WASTED.”
