“Ordered an item online for home delivery that was listed as in stock and was supposed to be delivered within 2-3days. Waited over a week, no sign of delivery, waited 10 days, then tried to get information as to when it would arrive, their chat system was useless, was told as it was Northern Ireland it would delay delivery. After 16 days, following further requests for information, I was eventually told that delivery was probably not going to happen and would I like a refund? What else would I have wanted, did they expect me to tell them to just keep my money? Before me refund came through, I ordered the exact same item for click and collect, picked it up the next day.”

“terrible service ordered a set of bulbs for click and collect at the Heathrow branch to be told there not in Stock once I had arrived and to try the hayes branch. So I done a another click and collect to the hayes branch to also be told they only have 1 in Stock once I arrived why would your website allow be to make the order if the stores don't have the stock complete waste of time. Also to top it off when I arrived at the hayes branch I was rudely stared at and looked up and down by 1 of the workers and 2 other guys.”
