“The product I purchased was just what i needed but the customer service was awful and sexist. I went with my son and the guy behind the counter spoke to my son and ignored me even tho i was the one who purchased the item online and was holding out my phone with the order number showing, then when he fetched the item from out the stores he just slammed it down on the counter without acknowleging me again. Very rude”

“Disappointed to be honest. After ordering and paying online for the brake disc which were in stock at the point of order, I made a 20 mile round trip to collect. On arrival the chap behind the counter went to the stock shelves to find them ( they should been in the collection area and were clearly not picked at the point of sale). Then returned to say that the rear discs were not in stock and would have to order more. I told him I had made a 20 mile round trip so could they be delivered. He just shrugged his shoulders and told me that only trade customers were entitled to delivery and I would have to collect the following day. Having worked for GSF for 6 years I know the drill and have been ordering parts reasonably regularly since I left. The parts just either weren't picked or supplied to another customer. This isn't the first time ive experienced this.”

“Ordered on Thursday to collect Saturday recieved the email to tell my my items were ready for collection and when I arrived to collect only half my order had been ordered so had to run around elsewhere to find the other parts I needed”

“Very poor service from branch, waited ages to be served. Told items which were ordered and paid for and were in stock they didnt have in stock and I would have to have a refund which would take a few days. Not good enough avoid. Pointless calling up takes hours to speak to anyone and if you go on the live chat nobody responds. So lost out on money as they happily confirmed i picked up all of my order. Avoid avoid scam”

“Ordered and paid online to pickup from local branch. I then received an email that the order had been collected but not by me. Contacted local branch who were very reluctant to help as it was an Internet order. I certainly won't order and pay online again.”

“This was my first time using GSF car parts. I ordered online and went to collect, not only did they greet me by name but knew exactly what I had come to pick up ! It was there ready waiting for me. I can't fault the friendliness and service. It's now my place to go for all my parts!”
