I was in the market for new brake pads for my van, and as it is my pride and joy, instead of opting for the medium BluePrint pads, I opted for the more expensive option and went for Brembo pads. The package was delivered in good time and before advertised time frame of 2-3 working days and arrived next day, in a good un damaged cardboard box. But opening the box found that the front Brembo pad box was held together with tape and with not all advertised parts inside. After several attempts via email and then follow up telephone calls (on hold with your call is important to us for over an hour) still have had no response from GSF. Would like a response.”
