“I ordered car battery 23rd April. I went to collect on 24th but staff on counter said it hadn't been ordered as l placed order after store closed! No, l didn't, l ordered at 16.59 Store closes at 17.30 It was showing as Pending until l got a txt today saying ready for collection- it's too late l've ordered from elsewhere now so, not required as 24 hrs.promise broken.”
