“I did order and paid for wiper blades which showing available 4 items in their website in Tottenham store. When I went for pick up gentlemen told me he needs to order and will be available to pick up first thing morning, guess what next day no wiper blades in sight. Same story again we need to order and morning will be available.I picked up the next day after 2 days when I ordered for parts showing available in store.”

“After Paying in full online and arriving 2 days later your store, only half the order had been picked but online at time of order was in stock, thereford cost me time to return next day again plus the vehicle in question is required every day by a keyworker and its critical for the vehicle to be working asap. in future will be calling the store firstly before ordering and paying.”

“A phone call to my nearest branch 30 miles away confirmed they had the correct part on stock, as there were 3 possible parts that would fit, but only one identical to the one on the. Vehicle I was working on. The person checked the actual part while on the phone. Always very helpful”

“Got the oil filter wrong. Doing service on a Saturday at 7.15 which granted is late but shouldn't have to stress about it being the wrong oil filter provided.not hard to check part numbers according to reg 🤦”

“Very poor , I put my reg number in on their website and it recommended batteries to fit my car , I ordered a battery and went to store to pick it up , it was half the amp hours needed for my vehicle so had to return it and wait three days for my money to be returned even though this day and age money goes from your account instantly , to make matters worse I tried buying another battery , went to collect it and it was too big to fit in my vehicles battery tray so once again had to wait 3 days for the payment to be returned , I’ve since bought my battery from elsewhere who recommended a suitable battery first time”
