“Ordered service parts for 2 cars. Excellent prices. Very easy to use the app. You have the choice to pick the parts means low and high. Basic and branded. Plus the discount they give is very pleasing. In £85 pounds i got 2 oils 5 ltrs 2 air fliters and 2 oil filters. Plus u have the choice of payments. Credit cards paypal clearscore. 5* for u guys keep it up. Wil order again when needed.”

“The parts ordered were exactly what was required. The only problem was delivery. Paid for Next Day service but delivery company didn’t send any alert about expected delivery time on first attempt so missed them. The following day got advance alert notice for delivery time and package was received safely.”

“The READING branch has been ***WITHOUT A FUNCTIONING CARD MACHINE*** for around a week now (meaning you can only pay in cash). WHAT'S GOING ON!!! I have decided to take my business elsewhere (not the only one probably). Would have thought head office management might be a bit concerned about this!!!”

“Went on the site, entered my reg number and found the windscreen washer pump that I needed. On receipt it was not the same as what I needed and was completely different. Upon contacting customer services I was told that I had to return the part to a local store and that they would not provide a returns label. They then tried to accuse me of buying the wrong part and that it was for a headlight washer when the listing clearly says Windscreen Washer Pump. I would steer clear of this company and go a company that knows what they are doing and knows how to treat customers when things do go wrong.”

“I’m really disappointed and angry that the battery was incorrect for my vehicle despite GSF website using the vehicle registration stated it was suitable for my vehicle. Furthermore I paid >£10 for special next day delivery and the delivery took two days to arrive! I took the battery back to the Hemel Hempstead branch in original delivery packaging (unopened). They told me I needed to complete the return form and proof of return form, and reluctantly gave me copies to complete in store however they told me I must get an authorisation code to put on the form. They then disappeared and did not advise how to get the code. I sent a message request to customer service as they were offline and there was no phone number to call listed on the website. I ended up going home again with the battery as I couldn’t do anything else! Customer service responded a day later to say that the return authorisation was not required and their process had changed 6 months ago! All in all a complete waste of time and money and I still haven’t been able to return the order to get a refund!”
