“Good parts availability, good prices and excellent to have live stock updates online. Only issue is that there can sometimes be queue on arrival even for click & collect if somebody else is in front having a lengthy discussion about a part fitment.”

“Good experience with these guys, as a first time buyer. Ordered on-line, two brake calipers & picked them up from local store next day. However loss of a star due to two things.. 1/ There was no-where on the web site to state the refund due for return of the exchange parts. Thus difficult to compare actual cost of parts. In the end the overall cost for the replacement calipers was good. 2/ The fitting kit was in one of the boxes but not in the other. On contacting the on-line help desk I was informed that the fitting kit isn't included with the calipers & that they don't sell them either - really helpful....”

“Lovely staff quick turnaround. Sadly had to go to a competitor for other Autoglym items, ie. Autoglym aqua wax, clay bar mitt (not a cloth) autoglym resin polish Spray Would have been good for you to supply them but unfortunately you don't even stock them.”

“Good offers but had to wait at the store for a while and didn’t process click and collect order properly which didn’t have my discount so had to do it twice. Customer services poor as spark plugs not in stock so bought from elsewhere.”
