HI, the first delicery by EVRI was returned by the courier as it had been opened by someone unknown. The second delivery by DPD was an 11inch c 2inch x 3/4inch box in a 3foot x 3inch x 3inch box, courier placed it on the front door step rang the door bell and left imeaditlet, was lucky to still find it there some hours later. everything else was fine.

Excelent knowledge of parts on the counter. Only negative is the staff are reluctant to apply discounts at the trade counter. Ordering online automatically applies discounts.

Service in store always quite slow. Also, more than one occasion where I have an email to say my part has arrived but when I got into store I'm told it wasn't on the delivery and to come back later or the next day. Part price is ok though and website is good.

Parts were fine, I paid for next day delivery and got them four days later. When I asked when they would be delivered I was told that there had been a flood so that was why they were delayed, only to find out later that they had not been dispatched. When it was delivered I was told it was put in my safe place (through my back gate), however when I got home it was on the driveway!

No problem with GSF but they used Evri to deliver my car part and it never arrived. To be fair, GSF issued a refund without a problem but I would be put off ordering again because of Evri.

The website sells a windscreen wiper that does not work on a Tesla model 3 2021. It has the same fitting but different curvature.

Dispatch very quick, delivery agents (Royal Mail) left my parcel on plain view in front of my door opposite a well used pavement. I was at work so it stayed there all day. Yet to check part as neighbour took it into theirs for me when I saw the delivery proof picture later that day

Ordered 8 spark plugs, said they were ready for collection but only 7 in stock and one had to be a different make to complete the order.

I purchased a car battery in 2022 with a five year guarantee. Sadly it has failed and I can’t find the receipt although I have the transaction on my bank statement. Told by your Beverley depot staff they can’t exchange as no receipt.

Parts were fine but service wasn’t great. My wife collected my L200 brake disks for me whilst I was as work. She was handed them over the counter with a newborn strapped to get chest in a baby carrier and not one member of staff offered to load them into the car for her. I guess I just thought at least one man might offer to carry them to her car considering the circumstances.

Thurrock store could do with a runner to get the ordered parts bought to the counter faster as the que can be out the door and waiting for 20mins most time

One of the parts I bought didn't fit even though online it stated it did. When I returned item manager didn't want to refund me as said part smelt of diesel , luckily lady on counter was lovely and refunded me. Manager needs to stop hiding behind screen and give me decision face to face. Could hear him in busy waiting area and made me look stupid.

My car had failed the MOT on the exhaust back box. Ordered new one on the proviso it was being delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Sixth working day now and still waiting. Now I have to pay for a new MOT test so cost me an additional £54.85. I did have the car booked in for repair and free retest but missed the appointment due to back box not being delivered. Thanks, I guess ??

On my two recent visits to store at Oldham, staff were consistently sitting at computers and failed to proactively serve customers. I waited over 10 minutes each time, even when no other customers were present. This lack of attentiveness and floor presence is unacceptable."
