I was pleased with the parts we ordered, but paid extra to have Next Day Delivery and this did not happen. I could have opted for free delivery and received the parts on the same day. I did email, but have not received a reply. So paid an extra £5.99 for what exactly

I ordered parts on line click and collect Went the following day to pick up items Ie brake pads and discs Waited ages to be served then was told you only had discs in stock so had to order much more expensive pads as customer was waiting for car to be repaired not very good service

Easy to use webpage, and competitively priced. Click and collect was slow once in store. Lots of staff behind the desk but only 1 serving the queue. No acknowledgment for waiting customers or thank you for waiting. Guess that’s the trade off, poor customer experience for the lower prices

Why order with click and collect when you have to queue up and then they process the order while you wait. Total pointless making a click and collect order.

Click and collect. Need staff in store, waited 40 mins get served. 1 staff member, serving. Then they had to got to warehouse and pick all the parts.

Store staff are great and collection was good Can't say that about the website doesn't provide correct and upto date information opening hours wrong which meant I couldn't collect my order when I wanted disappointing

Ordered a car filter. Was told that I had so many days to pick up. Got a reminder email to say that I only had 2 more days to pick up. Went straight to GSF only to be told that my order had been taken off the system as I had waited to pick up. Order found eventually but you need to sort this out.

Ordered 6 litres of Castrol GTX C4, 4 Litres and 2 X 1 litres. Only one of the 2 litres was C4. Had to return to the shop but didn't have a second bottle in stock. Was told that it could be ordered and available by 2pm. Went in next day and was told it wouldn't be in until 10am. After some searching it was located on one of the shelves.

Ordered a cambelt kit, water pump and aux belt. The aux belt was incorrect for my vehicle (I used the registration feature on the website) so now I had to put the old belt back on will take me twice as long... Thanks.

No problem ordering online, however picking the item up from Belfast store, wow, you need to give the young lad who served me some lessons in customer service. Shocking is an understatement

I ordered a battery and went to collect but was waiting 20 mins before I could take my purchase. One person serving. Several other staff members on site doing other things.

Parts very reasonably priced with the September offer, and the website telling me exactly what parts would fit my car was super useful. Only 3 stars due to my collection experience. Was stood at reception in the Yeovil store for well over 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging my presence, no way to alert anyone I was there, and multiple other staff just looking at me like I was invisible. No apology when the guy did finally turn up, shame really. Just a poor customer experience, luckily the parts were well priced otherwise would have been a lower score

Had to order online as the store can’t match the price which is a ridiculous way to work - parts arrived on time but had to part 200 yards away and carry disks and pads as the limited parking outside the Milton Keynes store was taken up by your vans and your delivery scooters - terrible service - brakes are working well so far
