No one was at the counter when I got there, I pressed the button for assistance and someone eventually came to tell me they were busy on the phone, after about 10 minutes someone came to serve me and when I'd paid for my collection no one offered to help me with my things, one of which was a car battery!

My score reflects my experiance with your web site. I could see you had what I wanted in stock but i couldent buy it because the site would not accept my location post code, I eventualy went to your branch and purchased the item, I explained my dificulty, I was told that what I should have entered was your branch post code, how stupid is that, how is an on line cistomer going to know your branch post code. Another problem was that i had an online price and a discount code so when i went to the branch i expected the same price, they were not able to offer this, so i had to order on line, using the location as above, then wait 15 mins for the order to come through to the branch. SO I GOT WHAT I WANTED BUT IT WAS HARD WORK

The cam belt kit purchased via click and collect off the GSF website (using my registration number to filter choice) was for an earlier model. Unfortunately because there were common parts this was not discovered until it was too late on a Saturday to obtain a replacement from GSF and meant I had to purchase a second kit from another retailer on Sunday at at a much higher price. The collection branch were very good and gave me a full refund on the incorrect kit, but this should have never been offered for my vehicle on the GSF web site - especially since no fitment information was provided.

The website was easy to use. The collection was awful. The chap on the counter was very polite and hard working, but the queuing was terrible, he really should had from his colleagues who where sat in the office chatting, the 3 stars are for the chap on the couner

Order accepted but only half sent. Whilst the money was promptly refunded this didn’t help in getting parts from an alternative supplier over a Bank Holiday weekend. It would have been far better if I had been notified at the time of ordering that one of the items was out of stock- especially as most places seem to sell them in pairs I also paid for Next Day delivery, well before the advertised cutoff time but this didn’t happen either. The half of the order that was sent arrived a day late. I had no chance at knowing what was happening- and email after 36 hours telling me a part wouldn’t be sent but then an email advising me my order was completed and shipped only made it more of a nightmare Overall rather disappointing, I will reserve judgement on the quality of the part received until it’s been fitted a while

Whe I ordered 8 spark plugs I was promised next day delivery ( if I ordered them with 30 minutes to go on a clock on the screen) they came 2 days later, sorry I won't be ordering on line again

Easy to order online, part in-stock. Went to collect (Leicester) not so good, 2 people serving one person, additional staff looking out from glass office, queue build up, customers getting frustrated. When you see a queue, jump in and reduce the wait time...

Paid 36£ for a brake light switch on Saturday. realised at home that this was a price for a kit that include cables, where i only got a switch that should cost 10£. So ordered switch online for 10£, collected it on Monday and gave back exactly same switch that costed me 36£. That delayed switch replacement by 2 days, this could be avoided, happened only due to incompetence of a person serving me at the till.

Items took almost a week for free delivery with a Bank holiday Monday, still did not arrive until Thursday afternoon and delivery driver did not ring just left parts under a bush in front garden, no customer focus, disappointed.

I purchased a battery for my Polo and the delivery initially failed because the driver (DPD) said he could not find us even though he got within 300 yards of my property. It was the delivered on Tuesday of the following week (this week) and it was contained in a very large DPD cardboard box. Within this the battery was encased within the GSF cardboard box which itself was inside two large plastic bags. The battery was on its side (although the instructions on the GSF box was clearly marked that it must be kept in a vertical position at all times. All the battery fluids had escaped (reason for the plastic bags) and the box was all soggy. I got in touch with GSP and I was offered a refund or an exchange. I took the battery twenty miles into the Derby retail outlet and exchanged it without any further hassle. Although I found the experience quite exasperating, having the inconvenience of forty mile round trip I can say that the GSP staff were very accommodating and apologetic. I think DSP staff realised that they had messed up and then hid it away to make a delivery and trouble free get-away.

First order not arrived on time,was given a date to pick it up went to get item was told it had been sent back, so had to order again and second time received item, you need to sort out your ordering system a bit better

I was phoned at 9 am and was told my order was ready to collect arrived at branch and was told only one item was there and second item would not be available for another hour.

Yeah everything was ok...the only thing I would say is..... don't use DPD very unreliable and they lie about delivery.
