“Parts ordered online using car Reg. were not correct!! Had to return to store, then drive to another store as no stock available. Added a couple of unneeded hours to the job.”

“Easy to order and reserve on line. Collection in store was a different experience. Was ignored for 2 or three minutes, not even acknowledged. 2 guys behind the counter. One was on the phone and once he had hung up mumbled possibly be with you in a minute but didn't look up so wasn't sure I had heard right. He then had a conversation with another colleague before finally dealing with me. Serious customer service training required.”

“The battery was absolutely . However, the method of delivery was somewhat suspect. The package was left on my doorstep. It was clearly marked with an arrow for up on this way up, however it was laid on its side..... I emailed both the delivery company and Gsf and I didn't receive a response”

“Cost was competitive, parts were readily available, choice was excellent, web site was easy to use and informative. Discount offer was fantastic, checkout simple. 2-3 day delivery took 10 days and 2 inquiries into where is my delivery with very poor information back via email. The phone number on the contact page doesn't work! Spoilt what was an excellent experience”

“Battery arrived 6 days after ordering, even allowing for the weekend it was at least 2 days late! Didn't enjoy walking to work in the rain for TWO extra days because I couldn't start the car. Don't mislead customers by saying Deliveries by dates you don't make!!!!”

“not professional service, they sent me a part that didn't fit which I returned and I waited for a refund, the part was sent back to me after a week. almost a month passed before I got my refund. big mess”
