I've been a couple of times to the branch in openshaw good service but there's always waiting there definitely not in a rush to serve you It really can get frustrated

Pleased with parts when I eventually got them. As you enter the premises there is a bell on the counter to press to get attention. I pressed the bell and waited and waited, eventually a person walked passed the counter and continued to walk on into another part of the warehouse without eye contact or anything. I then pressed the bell a second time, another person then walked in and continued on his way. At this point I spoke up and asked if anyone was serving the customers or are we invisible. He then turned about and said someone would be with me shortly. Eventually a third person arrived and politely said sorry about the wait. This third person looked obviously embarrassed when I said out of the 3 persons seen he was the first to make eye contact and speak, I told him the customer service is abysmal. 3 stars are for the parts/price,for the staff ignorance I would give 3 stars to the third guy as he did try, for the other 2 zero stars you are in the wrong job!!

Confusion over whether the part was in stock or not. Part moved from once branch to another. if its advertised as in stock it should be available for immediate collection. We're not all reading emails after we have ordered and paid for the item. Parts and prices great, system and communication needs improving. I have no issues with branch staff.

I recognise that GSF is keen to lead in the car parts market. However, the number of branches is noticebly limited in Nottngham. Also, the unit prices are not on par with other competitors. More efforts are needed in this area to sustain a solid business platform. Some parts (incl. Drive-Tech brand) are ruthlessly expensive. Wash Wipe blades are unjustifiably over priced so on and so forth. Hence, I'm inclined to conclude that GSF is not interested in retaining a solid platform of loyal reliable customers. I hate to say it, but, it seems the GSF motto is : There is more fish in the sea.

When I walked in the counter area one staff member just walked out into the office. I waited for over five minutes, constantly been seen through the office window and no one came and offered to serve me. Eventually another person came in from the warehouse asked if I was been served, to which I said No!! Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Much prefer Euro Parts, just round the corner.

Very limited parking at the Coventry branch and only one person behind the counter who was having to leave the counter to get people's orders no other members of staff come to help until I come to get served when another member of staff appeared so although I had ordered online it took thirty five minutes to get served Staff were polite.

Received first order without any issues. Next order was not processed. They could only be reached via chat which is not always manned. Had to reject the order when it was finally delivered as it was too late. Now expecting my refund

Ordering process was really easy. However, i ordered at 0930 on the Monday and paid for next day delivery. I received the parts mid morning on Wednesday, which after taking the day off to fit was far from ideal losing half the day to waiting for the parts which i paid a premium for next day to be delivered a day late

Great prices although the online ordering can be a bit awkward if buying parts as the descriptions are not really good enough to determine the version needed for your car. BUT the worst bit is pickup! The worst experience moderately quick but staff are always so miserable and rude/dismissive!

Service was excellent, Chris was very polite, helpful and professional, but I got the wrong parts, booked my slot with the garage, but had to reschedule another day bcz the parts were not the right one Was given a part that doesn’t fit my A3 Audi, it was for an Astra ??? Think your website need an update But, I did order again and will defo, currently you are the best comparing to the other boys on the market Regards Sam

Reserved L & R shock absorbers online, but once I was at the counter there was only 1 in stock at the branch. As I wanted them that morning I had to collect the missing one from another branch. It turned a 40 minute collection into a 90 minute pain in the a¥$e.

Generally OK - although when I wanted oil recently - there was none available locally and I was only able to order 1 litre for local collection in 2 days time. As I wanted 2 litres, I had to duplicate the order to get my required 2 litres. Odd,?????

Parts sold are extensive and of a good price plus the service in store excellent. The website on a mobile not so good. I wanted wiper blades for a 2013 Passat. Having entered my reg and selected an option for my car only I was presented with a list of options. I selected one off the list and was then asked to check from a scrolling list that my car was on it. Tried to but it was time consuming and the list kept locking up. Got home to find wipers subtly different, went to a different website to confirm model number required, reordered from GSF and exchanged without a problem.

Ordered brake pads using reg. no. however did not fit, will have to take them back. there must be a better way to work out correct items where there are a few different options available.

Brake pads were incorrect. I had to buy the correct parts elsewhere as my mechanic had the car in pieces. These cost twice as much as the ones from GSF .So not impressed.

Ordered a front wiper blade online for collection. Although the price was better than others, it wasn't the right fitting even though the website staring it was. Maybe just unlucky but still a wasted trip
