Was left waiting for some time while 2 members of staff discussed stock discrepancies. It took me to interrupt them before I was served. Poor customer service.

Ordered a tool and paid over eight pounds for next day delivery. The tracking number did not work, and it did not arrive. Customer service telephone was not answered after 15 minutes. I tried several times with the same result. Customer service email bounced, not surprising because the address given was a ‘no reply’ address. Eventually I called the local GSF business in Peterborough. It then arrived the next day. The tool is OK, but there is a problem with the online ordering. Postage promise not honoured despite paying a lot for delivery. Communication non existent .

I asked and paid for next day delivery. My battery arrived 2 days later. The Assistant refunded the payment for next day delivery

Ordered on line for delivery, chased up after few days, lost in delivery. Did get refunded straight away, so probably couriers fault.

Did not have the battery I ordered in stock. Could not find it in the store. Gave me an equivilant. No idea if it was beter or worse than the one I ordered. Took payment before not being able to find the battery. Would have been better if they took payment when the item was on the counter. Service seemed very slow. Did 3 customers in 15 mins. Thats not unuasual at trade countesr where most people seem disinterested unless the customer is a regular / friend / geezer.

Parts ordered online using car Reg. were not correct!! Had to return to store, then drive to another store as no stock available. Added a couple of unneeded hours to the job.

Easy to order and reserve on line. Collection in store was a different experience. Was ignored for 2 or three minutes, not even acknowledged. 2 guys behind the counter. One was on the phone and once he had hung up mumbled possibly be with you in a minute but didn't look up so wasn't sure I had heard right. He then had a conversation with another colleague before finally dealing with me. Serious customer service training required.

odering is easy, collecting is easy...the only issue is they only hold parts till end of next working day. needs to be at least 3 days.

The battery was absolutely . However, the method of delivery was somewhat suspect. The package was left on my doorstep. It was clearly marked with an arrow for up on this way up, however it was laid on its side..... I emailed both the delivery company and Gsf and I didn't receive a response
