Ordered and paid extra for delivery, but it didn't come. So had to call 5 days on and they reordered my item. And it was delivered yesterday.

Some of the parts sent were wrong. One should be able to rely on digital information held when odering car parts. It is normal pratice. Do not understand why I have to take the wrong parts sent back myself. It is not a good customer pratice.

Happy with the service and price but dissapointed with lack of response to query sent via "Contact Us" on their website, hence my rating of "Adequate". Replacing 47Ah 420A battery on my 2102 Nissan Note and using my Reg Number on the website was directed to choice of 7 batteries. Chose one with 45Ah and 440A on offer - collected the next day, but battery was marked 45Ah 390A. Queried but told it was the correct one ( and I wasn't sure if I remembered website details ). Came home and rechecked and website still said 440A, so sent a query asking if the website data related to a different battery. Waited and a week later still no response. No doubt the battery will be OK for the duration of the guarantee but there is still an error somewhere.

Purchased a battery and later realised that I'd received a promotion code prior to my purchase but sadly GSF couldn't give me the discount retrospectively, the discount would have brought the price into line with my usual supplier (Tanya Batteries). A company of their size should be able to accommodate such a small oversight. What could've been a 5 ⭐ engagement became a 3 ⭐

Only half of order was delivered due courrier fault. But no possibility to contact human in customer service for live hat or call. Zen desk chat not comfortable to use and very slow.

No one was at the counter when I got there, I pressed the button for assistance and someone eventually came to tell me they were busy on the phone, after about 10 minutes someone came to serve me and when I'd paid for my collection no one offered to help me with my things, one of which was a car battery!

My score reflects my experiance with your web site. I could see you had what I wanted in stock but i couldent buy it because the site would not accept my location post code, I eventualy went to your branch and purchased the item, I explained my dificulty, I was told that what I should have entered was your branch post code, how stupid is that, how is an on line cistomer going to know your branch post code. Another problem was that i had an online price and a discount code so when i went to the branch i expected the same price, they were not able to offer this, so i had to order on line, using the location as above, then wait 15 mins for the order to come through to the branch. SO I GOT WHAT I WANTED BUT IT WAS HARD WORK

The cam belt kit purchased via click and collect off the GSF website (using my registration number to filter choice) was for an earlier model. Unfortunately because there were common parts this was not discovered until it was too late on a Saturday to obtain a replacement from GSF and meant I had to purchase a second kit from another retailer on Sunday at at a much higher price. The collection branch were very good and gave me a full refund on the incorrect kit, but this should have never been offered for my vehicle on the GSF web site - especially since no fitment information was provided.

The website was easy to use. The collection was awful. The chap on the counter was very polite and hard working, but the queuing was terrible, he really should had from his colleagues who where sat in the office chatting, the 3 stars are for the chap on the couner

Order accepted but only half sent. Whilst the money was promptly refunded this didn’t help in getting parts from an alternative supplier over a Bank Holiday weekend. It would have been far better if I had been notified at the time of ordering that one of the items was out of stock- especially as most places seem to sell them in pairs I also paid for Next Day delivery, well before the advertised cutoff time but this didn’t happen either. The half of the order that was sent arrived a day late. I had no chance at knowing what was happening- and email after 36 hours telling me a part wouldn’t be sent but then an email advising me my order was completed and shipped only made it more of a nightmare Overall rather disappointing, I will reserve judgement on the quality of the part received until it’s been fitted a while
