Part was perfect. Cashier was terrible, do arrogant... thought he was the only person in the UK that could have supplied the part. Bad customer experience.

Hateful company, rude staff, flat out rip off merchants. Bought two items on line both shown in stock. Got to collect and told only 1 is in stock they'll get the other. I go back to get the other and they try to charge me 10% more than the price when I ordered, saying "it's on you mate, price went up init" Walked out and spent the money elsewhere. This company is a bad joke

Ordered service parts through the ‘Enter your Reg,’ option to make sure correct parts are ordered. Got sent the wrong service parts. Had to call out AA breakdown because my car broke down, consequently. Nightmare!!

Poor service company, bought a battery online, delivery was ok and box looked fine, on opening it though the battery had been damaged on the negative terminal. As I had not checked it within 14 days the refused to replace it.

Guys couldn’t find my item in store. Was given a replacement but not what I wanted 😡 I’ve done click a collect twice now and both times service has been terrible at this particular store. Staff swearing no regards for customers being in earshot !

Parts are perfect but the attitude of the staff at the redditch store is really bad it’s like they doing you a favor by selling you a part I will never go there again

Absolutely hopeless, only ordered a drive shaft which arrived with the grease burst due to box damage, not courier fault as box wrapped up damaged. Oil filters and antifreeze hadn’t arrived after a week, dpd app states they cannot deliver!

Looked online, went to a branch, found they were twice the price, went home & ordered online on the Friday, paid for next working day delivery, recieved on the weds, online chat didn't help one bit when I was trying to find out where my delivery was

Ordered an alternator belt using my reg number on the GSF website. Collected and attempted to fit but the belt was completely the wrong size. Put the car back together to return the part - refund given but no apology for GSFs website error. Not the first time this has happened with these guys. My car is a 2.0 Tdi Golf - not exactly a rare car!

Woman in shop would not confirm part fitment. Their website told me part fitted. . Now I know what the S stands for. I had to return it as did not fit. Wasting time and fuel. Ordered replacement from Motor Parts Direct and it fitted. Never again will I go to GSF car parts

I just made it to tire store a minute before closing time to pick up a click and collect order only to be told they were closed. This was before closing time. The guy I spoke to was abrupt and rude. Why have a closing time and then close before that time?

utter chaos, staff roaming around leaving queues at the till. after waiting 15 minutes to collect an order I placed online, I then had to pay cash as the EPOS wasn't working. last time buy from this shambles.

Order a air con compressor for my Ford Transit Custom online using the vehicle reg. I then paid a garage to fit the part which was faulty and did not work. I have had to pay the garage to remove the faulty part and refit my leaking compressor. The swindon branch have refunded the cost of the faultly part and i have submitted a claim for the cost of the fitting. This has caused much wasted time and stress just prior to travalling to Spain with the vehicle.

I got a reminder on bank holiday Monday to say that my local GSF was open and I could continue my order. I put my order through and I was told the parts would be waiting for me. I arrived and the store was closed. There were three other parties that had similar stories. The following day when I picked up my parts I mentioned it to the young lady who was serving me, she couldn't care less. She said it's Sunday opening hours on a bank holiday Monday. I asked why they send out reminders telling everyone that they're open and they don't say that it's Sunday opening hours. I asked her if she would be telling her manager and she basically wasn't interested.

My order arrived however the part in the box was not what I ordered. I have been trying to arrange a return via post and getting no where. I’m not currently in a position to drop by a local GSF location (at my expense) to return. Poor customer service and no interest to resolve. Would not recommend GSF to anymore and will not be using again.
