Croydon store - there is nowhere for customers to park as all spaces are taken up by GSF vans and scooters. Having received a text "your items are ready to collect" I expected this to be the case but it was not. Only one staff member present who took my details and then had to find my parts in the warehouse. I was there for over 30 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. This meant I was rather keen to leave and unfortunately did not check the (already damaged) packaging meaning I found one of the two suspension arms I purchased for my Ford was actually for an Audi. When I left there were five customers queuing behind me - good luck to them. A terrible experience that I will do my utmost to avoid in future. I then had to return at 8 a.m. (trying to avoid the queue) the next morning to get the correct part. Again absolutely nowhere to park except outside another industrial unit risking a fine or whatever ? Now I see this survey is useless too because the following questons all relate to delivery.

My order was ready from 10am on Monday, I arrived on Friday to collect my order to be told it was cancelled as it was not collected within 3 days, all the correspondence I've received for my order didn't state it must be collected in 3 days, I even got an email at 2am on the Friday reminding me to collect my order, I had to drive 20 miles to collect my order, that's 90 minutes of my time wasted and 40 miles of fuel used, I will not be using this company in the future My order number was 100778271

Store gave me the wrong part which was ordered and on receipt. When I went back to store they did swap it but then put the blame on the warehouse. Once I contacted customer service to explain I’d paid 4 hours of labour for the part to be fitted but was a fault on the stores side they said they can’t do anything.

£15 postage for TWO injectors. Ridiculous, but I was desperate and you offered next day delivery......FOUR days delivery took. I emailed you about it and you filed to acknowledge or reply. Will not use again.

​I placed an online order for a full service kit, and their system specifically flagged the fuel filter as requiring mandatory manual verification by staff at the counter to ensure the correct fitment. ​When I arrived for pickup, I asked the counter staff to perform this essential check, and I was met with an incredibly dismissive and indifferent attitude. She flatly refused, stating, "It is very busy today, I can't check it," and simply pushed the unverified part across the counter. ​As a direct result of her poor attitude and refusal to spend thirty seconds doing her job, the fuel filter was, predictably, the wrong one and did not fit my vehicle. This ruined my schedule, caused significant hassle, and wasted my time with an unnecessary return trip. ​The incompetence and complete lack of customer care shown by the staff member especially when they knew the verification was required is why I am giving this experience one star.

Poor. I ordered parts on line because even though you gad them in stock in lincoln i could nit get tgem for online price. Tgen jou sent order details. I went to pick up days later. LINCOLN branch no record of order number no trace on line so gad to give ne theres from stock.

Twice I bought a parts from Solihull branch, well first customer service was very sucks this manager of that site had no manager skills, I am not saying that you have to lick customer ass but standard normal customer service would help full, I been waiting and waiting for 10 minutes and all he said m8 I will be there. And the parts was wrong I mean how can you got the bloody clutch wrong and Oli fitter wrong, I don’t think this manager of your have got the skill, seem like he probably know someone in the company and for in

I placed one order: oil filter, oil, cabin air filter, windshield washer fluid, and air freshener. They were sent to me by four different couriers. On top of that, after the second shipment, I had to contact customer service twice because the shipment was incomplete each time. It took them a week.

I was sent a wrong battery - with a completely different part number from the one I had ordered. Very poor customer service and I have to wait ages just to get my money back. I would never recommend this retailer to anyone: shop at your own risk.

I paid £9.99 to have my order delivered on a Sunday, one one item arrived and I’ve still not heard about the rest of the items. No one has contacted me today where they are, or offer a refund for not delivering the complete order. I do not recommend using this company

I ordered a battery and it was to be delivered between the second and fourth of October and it wasn’t delivered until the sixth and that was after I spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone. I would have to be desperate before I ordered anything on line from GSF. A very dissatisfied customer.

Parts ordered using the GSF website were found to be the wrong ones after the work on the vehicle had made it unroadworthy. My phone calli was dealt with in a very off-hand fashion - almost implying it was my fault for using your website. The correct replacement was delivered to you the next day but this meant I had o makea second journey to collect and pay the full price for the correct part. I will not be using GSF again.
