Wrong part, using my car number plate!

I ordered two bottles of Cataclean online to click and collect from GSF in Widnes. The website showed that there were two bottles in stock. I paid for the order when I arrived at the office but when the sales assistant went to pick the items, they were not where they should have been. After 10 minutes of searching, she was unable to locate them and I was credited with the value of the order. I will not waste my time with GSF again!!

Ordered online for click and collect and it says on website with click on collect you will receive 5 litre of screen wash for free but on the collection gentleman advised me that they don't have the offer when I showed him the offer on the website he still refused so why advertise it think there's no offers for asian people

Purchased van battery. Emailed me back stating No stock and would refund and would see funds 2-3 days. 6 days later still waiting for refund and not replying to my email. Very poor service Will not use again. As I'm self employed I have lost business and my van is out of action and can't afford another battery until the refund appears.

Awful Service, never known incompetence like it. Ordered 4 glow plugs, charged for 4, only 3 arrived in post. GSF ordered the plug to arrive at my local Coventry branch, after travelling there, was told it’s not been ordered. Phone to complain, the said they will send a new one to arrive on Monday, it’s now Wednesday with no sign of the glow plug.

Rather long delay using the click and collect service as only 1 member of staff available and they were dealing with a battery sale and taking in two old ones, which was proving problematic. Also I did and still can't get the spark plugs I ordered. The GSF system changed the part number from that ordered to another one that was supplied. Technically mis selling under the sale of goods actually as I didn't receive what I ordered. I'm still considering what to do as supplied parts were fitted, but technically incorrect. Not impressed at all.

They did not have the item I requested in stock, fair enough. I’d bought 2 x 1Litres bottles of oil. They said they would substitute the bottles with premium oil which they had in stock, again fair enough. The package turned up with 1 bottle of oil. I got in touch with Customer Service and never got a reply.

Ordered parts through registration plate,they give me Wrong ones, garage fit them to my car then realised they are wrong! Checked the sistem ,again with registration number and sistem shows that the parts i got are not for my car even though night before i was ordering them for the same car! They refuse to give refund or atleast a discount as its was their sistem fault!

Told order would be ready 10am. Went at 11am. It wasn’t Was told be there at 12 noon they had missed the van. Went at 1pm. Staff were very good. Apologised picked up the part. Wrong part from what I had ordered!!!

I ordered the part online and has not arrived on ready to collect on the day that was in the confirmation email . No email or phone call ,I head to get off work to collect the part . And again was the wrong part .. the part was not as described. And I ordered the part with number plate ..
