Bought front and rear brake pads in store yesterday ready to fit today and paid just over £90. I wanted to double check the fitment and went on their website to find them, same parts, same part number for just under £60. I returned them today to be told “well yes, the £58 is the click and collect price”. There was no acknowledgment that this is a highly unethical practice and no apology. I’ve been refunded and this will be the last time they see my business. I had an another issue with GSF a few years ago and should have learnt then. They took weeks beyond the eta for a set of ratchet spanner’s and when they arrived they were clearly well used and had been a return. Another 2 weeks and they finally supplied the new set I’d ordered. It’s clear now that they stay afloat ripping off their walk in customers.

Terrible fulfilment service. Wanted a battery - so purchased online - everything went very smoothly. I was given a delivery date (3 days later), which was also followed up by text. Fast forward 3days, and I was expecting my battery. At 3:15pm - so almost 4days after GSFCarParts had taken my money - did I get an email saying that GSFCarParts could not delivery my battery as it was restricted by their carriers!!! I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You had my address - this was known all along. Why on earth do you let customers from a region where your carriers don't deliver purchase items??? Terrible experience!

To drive to GSF store close to my address was difficult du to store not having to correct post code and no store phone number to store online. Finding what I wanted and transaction was long and difficult.

Ordered an exhaust from the Aylesbury branch by phone was told it would be in by 1pm. Went at 1.30 the girl on the counter said that there was not an order so I said can I order it now and she said it can only be order from their supplier and it would take a few days and the would charge carriage. So I went home and rang them again and the guy that answered yes it had been ordered and it would be in by 3.30 pm. Called in the next day and was told that it was there but the price was now £150. not the £140. 58 that I was quoted and they could not sell it for much less, so I said I would leave it. The day before I had to wait at the counter while they spent 15 minutes looking for the bolts that had been ordered by the customer in front that had come in 3 days before, but could not be found, so had to be re-ordered. Pitiful service. No one seems to know what is going on or where a part is at any time. Do they have a manager or can he just not manage?

After ordering my parts and receiving notification of delivery, I had to chase them 5 days later, calling your `help` line! `Not-much-help-line` more like! It took me over 30 minutes to get thorugh only to be told my order WAS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER!! No explanation given. I asked for it to be re delivered but tld that you will only offer a refund instead!! ABSOLUTE SHAMBOLOCK SERVICE!!

Went to order part but would not allow me to until entered registration, was then told the part I wanted was wrong & proceeded to tell me what I should be ordering. I took this advice & now have the wrong part.

Parts selected through your number plate recognition app were wrong, responded to your email offering to drive up to Heathrow to change them but got a bounce back. Got the parts from a local supplier.

Ordered a battery on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing was delivered on Friday. Turned out that it was sent as UPS standard which takes 3 to 5 days. UPS emailed that it would be delivered on Monday but on Wednesday there was still no battery.. I called GSF and cancelled the order. I bought a new battery somewhere else. Hopefully I'll receive my full refund soon.

Battery arrived damaged & leaking. Sent them photos of the leaking battery in the box but they wouldn't accept that & wanted me to take the leaking battery out of the box for more photos. I refused for obvious reasons. Still waiting for a refund.

I won't be using Home Delivery service again. Having all my details in my garage. You send me the wrong part. Then I find out I have to jump through hoops to get a refund which I'm still waiting for even though I've returned part to your Woodford branch

Paid for next day delivery didn't come for 3 days and then when part arrived it was damaged so then now having to wait a further 7ndays for a refund will not use again or recommend to anyone else
