Portsmouth branch! These people keeps messing you about! First they said order online then wait 5mins to pick up. So I did ordered online (Thursday), then says I have to come back tomorrow to pick up. I was not able to pick up the next day through to the weekend (they're closed Sunday) as I was away. Phoned Monday to check if items still on site (shop) to be picked up, was told yes. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up, I was told items not there and I have to come back again tomorrow! The person I talked to (didn't get his name) even told me "what's wrong with coming back tomorrow" whilst laughing. Extremely apalled by this behaviour! Never again! I will definitely spread the word with my family and friends so they don't get the same treatment!!!

Very disappointed, purchased part to fit my honda before going on holiday, and found out at 5.15 on a Friday that one of the parts given, even though I had telephoned and given all the details was for a Nissan and not a honda. Tried to telephone but no one would answer. They got the other part right.? Had to delay my holiday until I could get the correct part. Very disappointed with the service.

The language coming from the female manager was shocking, very unprofessional. The man that was serving that was very helpful, he couldn't do enough. The manager had him running around all over the place.

Gave me the wrong brake pads even with the reg put in. Wasted 3 days without a car because of that

Advertise battery on website with an output that isn’t the same as they supplied me with when I got home I noticed this and was told when I complained it must just be an error on the website , would not of bought if I had known : con artist

Beware,they add £5 to your purchase without telling you.They took money from me for a charity they support without asking my permission.I will never shop there ever again.

Absolutely shocking, got confirmation part was in stock. Arrived and it wasn't. Was then told I'd have to have a different one that cost more and wouldn't honour the price the original was miss sold at.

Terrible experience...... Ordered 3 items last Friday and the products were supposed to be delivered on Monday. However they decided to deliver next day I to my surprise they only sent 2 items and the box wash smashed and ripped after several attempts for 2 days to reach customer care team they came back with the excuse the merchant hasn't sent them and Will get it on Tuesday. Here I am waiting and another Friday has arrived not received my product yet. The courier they chose don't follow any instructions and makes false attempts of delivery with no way to contact the courier service. I am kicking myself for ordering from them.

Ordered item showing in stock. Paid then waited for shipping. Email recorded stating dispatched.. message from DPD saying awaiting collection.. after 5 days rang to to told would be delivered next day. Rang again- to be told was out of stock! Very annoying will not use again

The parts are fine but service is poor. What is the point of doing click and collect to then stand in a queue for 20+ mins to collect it. There should be two people, one doing click and collect and the other answering quieres. Very ridiculous esp when someone is literally trying to collect something to bring their car back to the garage. I even called the office whilst standing in the queue & was told I would just have to wait. Terrible service

I was in the shop 5:22pm the shop is open until 5:30pm your employee told me through the window to come back the next day I don't live in basingstoke I have 20 minutes waste of my time
