Where to start... So I ordered a starter motor on 24/09/2025 and paid £5.99 for next day delivery. The order was cancelled a few days later with no explanation or email to notify me. I then ordered another part as I thought it might be out of stock so went with another brand (again paid £5.99 ndd). I rang the day after to explain that I hadnt had a dispatch email and they said there was an issue on their system and checked if the item was in stock which it was then said she'd manually rebook delivery (said id receive within 2 days) and she said she would refund the delivery fee (never received it). I rang again next day as still no dispatch email and the man said the same thing about he'll rebook delivery and it'll be sent out that day. Rang later again that day to see if been dispatched they said no but it's processed and will be sent out later today. I have woken up today to see the orders been cancelled on my clear pay as i paid through this. Where's the £80+ I already paid as I need to order another part elsewhere as I'm desperate for my car to be fixed as I use it for health reasons. (I'm sure I stated this on the phone but not 100%). I can't cope with this and will be making a formal complaint today. Also Natalie from the online chat asked if I wanted a refund or to rebook the delivery which I replied rebook. It was still cancelled

I went online to order new wiper blades. I put the registration in order to get the correct ones. The rear was the right one but the fronts wrong. When I emailed about this you said. I can go to the store to swap them missing the point of online ordering entirely. If I wanted to go the store I would have. So I had no apologies and I’ve got the inconvenience of having to swap them. Great job

Do not order from this incompetent company bunch of clowns. Firstly they sent a faulty part, waited a few days for the correct part/kit, they then sent the wrong part which was for another car! Waste of time Gsf are and have delayed me so much now as the garage can't even start the work due to this rubbish company!

My local store asked that I order through them as they will always be the same price as online. When I drove there and ordered they were much more expensive - complete waste of time.

Ordered all parts, brake discs and pads front and rear, using my regular number. Only to find when I came to fit them that they were the incorrect parts, not even the same model! Rang to see what I could do and was told that the website was rubbish and I should have phoned in. Wouldn’t deliver correct parts to swap over! Managed to get to the depot where I was told again that the website is rubbish, so why have it!!! However the female counter assistant was very helpful in swapping the parts for the correct ones.

Wasn’t offered nor did I get a free gift spending over a certain amount not happy service at the counter either customer service quality pretty disappointed won’t use it again

Never ever will I order at Welwyn Garden branch . They wasted my time as I came to pick up in the morning and they had the wrong item . Said they’ll order again and to come at lunch to find out that they have not got it .

I have ordered wiper blades from the online store by adding the number plate. The wiper blades given was wrong to the format of vehicle. I have gone to the store and the lad in the cashier said that it was my mistake and there was an issue online. He did not want to do the refund as it was 17:05 and that the computer would not allow the refund to happen after 17:00. He asked me to come back another day to do the refund. This incident has happened in Dover Whitfield This has led me to purchase from another store.

Parts are show as ‘in stock’ on line when you go to collect they are not in stock at that branch and have not arrived from other branch or warehouse. Please just be truthful and stop wasting my time and petrol!

Ordered rear wiper car shampoo and snow foam , first parcel was a water bottle ? Rang and a very helpful man apologised and said he'd sort it out, second parcel just a wiper that didn't fit rang again third parcel had the shampoo and snow foam and complimentary screen wash. Rang about the wrong wiper was told to take it to my nearest store very frustrating process don't think I'll be using online service again.

Site said available so ordered next day delivery didn't come messaged was told it has to be ordered take one to two days didn't come so messaged again to be told they would let me know didn't so messaged again to be told it was being packaged ready to ship took 8 days to come ordered a part from Germany at same time took 3 days to come

I have Never had such bad customer service in my entire life trying to tell me that the battery was for my car when he could see from the picture He asked for showed that it was totally wrong for my car, he even kept telling me it was the right battery. Even though he could see fro the photos I sent him that it didn't fit my car, The bloke was called Devon. Know more busisness from me.
