Wrong part sent and had clearly been sent out and returned more than once as the box was in a very poor state.Had to take time out to return to a GSF Branch.

Ordered a battery on Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing was delivered on Friday. Turned out that it was sent as UPS standard which takes 3 to 5 days. UPS emailed that it would be delivered on Monday but on Wednesday there was still no battery.. I called GSF and cancelled the order. I bought a new battery somewhere else. Hopefully I'll receive my full refund soon.

Battery arrived damaged & leaking. Sent them photos of the leaking battery in the box but they wouldn't accept that & wanted me to take the leaking battery out of the box for more photos. I refused for obvious reasons. Still waiting for a refund.

I won't be using Home Delivery service again. Having all my details in my garage. You send me the wrong part. Then I find out I have to jump through hoops to get a refund which I'm still waiting for even though I've returned part to your Woodford branch

Paid for next day delivery didn't come for 3 days and then when part arrived it was damaged so then now having to wait a further 7ndays for a refund will not use again or recommend to anyone else

Very poor service, ordered a battery on the Tues for delivery Thurs, no sign Thurs, was then emailed with a delivery time for Friday, no sign again, tried ringing Saturday and although supposedly open no reply after trying multiple times, finally arrived Monday but to late for my garage appointment. Never again!

Ordered a car battery on 22 Feb. It was shipped by UPS, contacted by driver on 25 Feb stating can't find address - he was 150 miles away (apparently post code was wrong). On 26 Feb it was in Paddock Wood and reported as damaged. No comms from GSF. 1st March Called to arrange a new battery. Couldn't use other delivery company and couldn't over night. Expect delivery 4th March, didn't arrive UPS Website states damage reported. Still No comms from GSF. Appalling service, very unhelpful, try another company!!!

Ordered sensor. a sealed empty bag turned up with nothing at all inside. Had to go through the hassle of contacting and reporting . Did give refund but time is money and the inconvenience cost me a lot of time .

Clicked to collect, rung the dealer and the part wasn’t actually in that store, was told it would be available at 13:00. Drove from Nottingham to Doncaster to be told the part wasn’t actually in store and the part was still in either Bradford or Hull. In the end I ordered online for home delivery. Home delivery system worked fine but wont be using again unless I absolutely have to.

On this occasion I am very disappointed, I ordered an expansion tank cap, I put my registration in to check it was the right one and my postcode to check stock, then ordered it, when it arrived it was the wrong one, upon checking the site again I realised that rather than showing the correct one, in small writing it says it is not the right one for the vehicle which I missed. I now have a cap that is no good to me. Very disappointed.

I odered parts with next day delivery, only 1 item arrived. tracking had no photo and couldn't call as phone system wasn't working. Had redelivered but never arrived. Finally found out warehouse didn't have stock so sent few items they had. Had to buy in store. Don't have refund for missing item. Very poor communication.
