Ordered 2 items on line, received notification they were ready for collection ! When I arrived they could only find 1 off . Whats the point of ordering in advance ? To confirm everything is ready for collection and then having to make another trip to collect the missing items would have appreiciated being informed at the time only 1 off would be available so I could make other arrangements.

Very slow and incompetent staff on the till,super slow que of 3 people took 30 minutes ,gotta get the guy proper training specially how to operate the computer

The parts & ordering were good, the service in the shop is awful. I waited 25 minutes to collect my order. It’s not the people in the shops fault but they are so under staffed. If I hadn’t paid for my order I would have walked out.

Ordered a part incompatible with my car due to their web error. Sent email th them, no reply after a few days. Still waiting. and returned to their store. still waiting for the refund. Very poor service

Not happy, wrong fuel filter supplied ( store supplied a fuel filter with a similar part No. ) . This cost me time and an additional 20 miles of driving, so no saving made using GSF. Staff did not care or say sorry

I Paid £7.95 extra for 24H next day delivery but the parts did not arrive, When I phoned next morning the person said " As a gesture of goodwill they will refund the £7.95" Well you could hardly keep the extra money I paid could you. Please stop using DPD.

Utterly disgusted. Paid extra for next day delivery as we were stuck with a broken down vehicle. Delivery didn't arrive. At 4.30pm I called to ask when my delivery would arrive to be told ' oh yeah there's been a problem with our warehouse. It'll be dispatched tomorrow.' They refunded the delivery charge but it still isn't good enough. Next day means next day and if I hadn't called to check we'd have been none the wiser Certainly won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them either Very disappointing

Ordered online, emailed saying to collect the same day I gave it till the Monday to make sure part was there. Got there. It wasn't there... I then came back later that evening, the part was there, took it home and it was the wrong item so had to go back and get refunded. The lady who served was very helpful, but by the sounds of it, these mistakes happen alot, I've had a couple issues before with GSF and likely be last choice next time I need anything

I'm yet to receive my car battery. I ordered online and nothing said it couldn't be delivered but DHL seemingly won't deliver it. I've heard nothing from GSF and will have to contact them Monday to figure out what's happening as my car is off the road.

Ordered a tool and had to pay for express delivery as this was the o ly option on the website. This was on the 19th September, we are now 3rd October and still no sign of the tool.

Ordered 3 items that they say fitted my car, at least 2 were wrong. Their customer service email linked on the website autoreplys as unmonitored. Had to drive to a store. Then you fill paper, literal paper, form that gets sent to head office. They then refund you in 14 days. What a waste of everyone's time and money.

Ordered online and received a msg to confirm order was ready for collection. Sent somebody to collect it and pay. Only to be told it was arriving a few hours later. I returned to the store and there was a massive queue and only one person serving! When I eventually got served I was told he didn’t know if it was in then after another ten minutes of waiting I finally got what I came for. Only to be questioned if I had paid. Altogether it wasn’t a good service and if I had known I would have gone elsewhere and won’t be returning in the future. I also didn’t receive a VAT receipt

Where to start... So I ordered a starter motor on 24/09/2025 and paid £5.99 for next day delivery. The order was cancelled a few days later with no explanation or email to notify me. I then ordered another part as I thought it might be out of stock so went with another brand (again paid £5.99 ndd). I rang the day after to explain that I hadnt had a dispatch email and they said there was an issue on their system and checked if the item was in stock which it was then said she'd manually rebook delivery (said id receive within 2 days) and she said she would refund the delivery fee (never received it). I rang again next day as still no dispatch email and the man said the same thing about he'll rebook delivery and it'll be sent out that day. Rang later again that day to see if been dispatched they said no but it's processed and will be sent out later today. I have woken up today to see the orders been cancelled on my clear pay as i paid through this. Where's the £80+ I already paid as I need to order another part elsewhere as I'm desperate for my car to be fixed as I use it for health reasons. (I'm sure I stated this on the phone but not 100%). I can't cope with this and will be making a formal complaint today. Also Natalie from the online chat asked if I wanted a refund or to rebook the delivery which I replied rebook. It was still cancelled
