I ordered the part online and has not arrived on ready to collect on the day that was in the confirmation email . No email or phone call ,I head to get off work to collect the part . And again was the wrong part .. the part was not as described. And I ordered the part with number plate ..

Extremely Poor In-Store Customer Service – Romford Branch (RM11) While the parts and pricing here are competitive—often better than other big-name stores—the in-store customer service at the Romford branch is absolutely horrendous. I’ve visited this branch three times, and on every occasion, there has been no one at the till point. I’ve had to wait around while the staff sit in the back office, clearly visible through the open door, completely ignoring waiting customers. There’s no acknowledgment, no greeting—just a total lack of basic customer service. Visit 1: On my first visit, I was served by a young South Asian-looking consultant. I told him I was there to collect brake discs and pads I’d ordered online a few days earlier. Without checking the system, he bluntly told me that they only hold orders for 72 hours and I’d have to reorder. I explained that my confirmation email stated the parts would be ready for collection from 9am that day. Only then did he reluctantly go into the back. He returned empty-handed, saying the parts weren’t there. I showed him the email again, and he disappeared into the office. After multiple back-and-forths—and with no apology—he finally came out with the parts and handed them over without a word. It was a frustrating and rude experience. Visit 2: On my second visit, I saw the exact same thing happen to another customer, this time being dealt with by an Eastern European-looking consultant. Unfortunately for that customer, they were just told to come back tomorrow. Visit 3: Same story: no one at the counter, staff in the back ignoring customers. The pattern is clear—this isn’t a one-off issue; it’s a systemic failure in customer service. Even overhearing phone conversations, the service sounds just as unprofessional. Phrases like "I think" or "maybe" dominate. There’s no confidence or clarity in the way they communicate with customers. To management: Your customer service is driving away in-store sales. If I wasn’t chasing the lower price, I would have walked away a long time ago. This level of service is simply unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your brand. You need serious improvements in training, professionalism, and basic customer handling

All 3 members of staff ignored me for a considerable amount of time when I went into the Yeovil store to collect an online order.

I ordered the parts on a thursday showing available and would be delivered to the Belfast depot for collection on tuesday morning . Arrived to collect and as per usuaul like many times before they didnt have them . Not delivered or not in stock . After looking for a like for like we managed to get the parts sorted aftre 40 minutes in the shop . Unfortunately this has been every time I used GSF and Never happens when using other car part suppliers. The young chap at the counter done his best to sort the mess out but GSF really need to get there act togather regarding stocks and Orders .

Saw the part on your website and checked local stock. Called in at store to buy and was told £20 more unless I ordered online beforehand. That really really annoyed me.

Given wrong part despite ordering click & collect and matching part with my reg. refused refund as I didn’t have a paper receipt (click & collect doesn’t require it), asked them if they could just get it on their epos and said no . Had to call different store who could find my paper receipt and emailed it over to me without issue

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered some brake discs and pads online, only 1 brake disc arrived (you can only ordered them in pairs) sent a request online to get it sorted on Saturday 5th July (as the local outlet could not help as it was an online order and there is no telephone number to ring head office) the problem is still not resolved, they said they can refund me for 1 brake disc and to re order (but you can’t re order just 1 disc) I don’t think my request to have the missing disc delivered is unresonable, but it’s now 6 days later still with no resolution or a response since yesterday. Shocking service from a well known parts supplier.

Nothing wrong with GSF but why do you use evri, Received my package it took twice as long to come than any other delivery service. The package was soggy, covered in detergent, open and had a spark plug missing. Never had a good delivery experience with evri. GSF are letting themselves down.

Quick delivery but the part didn’t fit my kuga when on the website said was compatible for my car so we sent it back and still waiting on full refund after a week it was sent back

Ordered 2 sets of brake discs and pads. DPD delivery was set for a day I was not in so I amended the date to a few days later. Without any attempt to deliver on any date, DPD then returned these to GSF. Whilst not GSF fault, they do choose to use DPD, so beware.
