Ordered battery on website with my registration number never arrived was told my house number doesn't exist???. Asked for delivery the same day was refused asked for a refund 5 days ago still not arrived.bought a battery and was told that the battery I ordered from gsf was not suitable for my vehicle.AVOID

Absolutley Pathetic. Wiper motor purchasdd, fitted but worked in reverse. Drove back to GSF Indian Queens to show / proove the motor was in wrong direction (no wipers in the rain), Dale refused to come and see it, said part must be in original box before he would look into the problem. Returned home , removed and returned the motor in the box. Dale said it is the correct motor as recommended by Nissan. After 20 minutes of staff fiddling to find a switch to reverse the polarity, i was told i should put the motor back in and fiddle the car electronics with special equipment that usually only a mechanic would have. By this time is was very unimpressed and said I wanted to return the motor. Because I had it delivered, I was told I would have to take it home, complete the return on line, and when there was a response, I would need to bring the motor back!! I live 8 miles 20 mins away, so 3 trips is 48miles and 2 hours of my time wasted. I have now ordered the part through Autodoc who are far more professional, and the motor states it is for a right handed vehicle. I will not use GSF again, and will persuade my friends to also use Autodoc in future.

Ordered a battery for next day delivery, didnt receive a confirmation for 4 days and parcel was delivered a week late! Wouldnt reply to emails, everytime i tried calling it was same automated message saying no agents available or i called out of hours (which i didn’t) really appalling from This company, was my first using then but is definitely my last as well! Never bother to write reviews but this was a shocking experience!

From oder to delivery all went down hill! Website enticed me with keen price and swift delivery. I expected delivery from local branch, but product arrived via courier, after 5 days. Will I use this outfit again? Only if I want to messed about. A brown service, from a brown company.

Never again wrong parts sent out , rang to get assistance I was told to reserve the correct part at my local branch so I did I attended the local branch to collect and was told they would ring me when the part was ready 2 weeks on still no phone call ... My local branch was like a circus so unprofessional

I ordered oil and an oil filter from GSF online (to service my car before its MOT) and the courier they used was DPD. When DPD tried to deliver the package I was out. A couple of days later I received a text and email saying my package was at their local Pickup Shop. I went to the Pickup Shop the following day, but they claimed no knowledge of my parcel. As I didn't have time to wait for GSF & DPD to find my lost parcel (as I needed to service my car), I had to drive 16 miles round trip to the nearest GSF store to re-purchase the same oil & oil filter. After raising a Paypal dispute on the original online purchase, GSF got back to me stating that they had photographic evidence that the package HAD been dropped off at the Pickup Shop ! So it was very annoying to find out that my package actually WAS at the Pickup Shop when I had called to collect it. Although GSF refunded my original online purchase, there was no apology forthcoming, and no compensation offered for the time, stress and cost (ie 16 miles drive to their nearest store) that their courier put me through. DPD is part of GSF's delivery process, and so GSF should take responsibility for THEIR courier's mismanagement of my order. This is the second issue I've had with GSF ... last year I ordered oil and and oil filter online from GSF to be collected from their Maidenhead branch, but when I went to collect it they'd sold MY oil (the one they'd had delivered to their store to be set aside for ME) to another customer !!! I would be very wary of using GSF again. They really need to look at their processes !

I'm still waiting someone to tell me when I will receive my ball joints or a refund for them. Received an email form the useless DPD that my ball joints are on their way back to the GSF depot

I ordered online paid 62 pound the part didn't fit so went to local store and paid 92 pound for the same part how dose that justify higher recommend not using this company shocking customer service

. I went on your website to order brake pads for my vehicle and was directed to your home delivery service as non available for click and collect from my local branch. The pads arrived and when I have gone to the trouble to take off front wheel and remove new pads from package found they did match up with the ones fitted to my car. Annoying but fair enough I refitted old pads drove to local branch to get a refund and order correct items. I was informed this was not possible and I would have to submit an online form. I have done this but received no confirmation that this has been received?? I assume this confirmation will arrive in due course but would expect automatic confirmation that form has been submitted. You have no central contact number the local branch were not interested and didn’t instil a great deal of confidence in your home delivery returns process. Interestingly I was able to get the correct item from the branch contrary to initial order which directed me to home delivery order only. I am now out of pocket and gone to great deal of inconvenience. Why doesn’t your branch have access to my online order and process. Why don’t you have a decent returns process ( returns form attached to order)?

I ordered drake disc and pads On line because I couldn't get to your shop after giving you the Registration of the car you gave me the wrong pads I want into your shop I want into your shop and complain and the assistant only tried to give me the same one's I had to go to another shop to buy as I bought them on line I am having problems getting a refund the other shop had no problems

Went to return parts I ordered online to my local GSF depot and to be told I have to get a reference number online which is absurd and they can't take the part without it. I've emailed the company to request this reference number still waiting for it. Surely should be able to return parts to local stores

Order my parts using my vehicle reg , set of front brake pads , it never said there was other sizes or fitting so ordered a set they come pretty quickly ! They didn't bloody fit , i looked at sending them back but it said they had to be in original packing. I had to unpack them to fit them ! So yeah fantastic !
