Not sure what I’m supposed to say but as you asked for a review then ok….ordered online, received confirmation then received notice of order dispatched !! Closely followed up with a sorry we don’t have this item and we are refunding you…does beg the question of how it could be dispatching if it’s not in stock or indeed how I could order it in the first place.

very poor customer service at branch. had to queue for a very long time, given wrong product then had to queue again for an even longer time whilst staff looked on through a window ignoring queues

Bought an abs sensor twice as you kept sending the wrong one, have since taken back to my local gsf store and was given the correct one. Have left the wrong one with the branch butl no refund S yet. Pete Stamp

seen battery on website iformed if i subscribed would get 20% off first order but when went for Barretty told no didnt apply as battery was already discounted utter con felt cheated

I delayed picking up my parts as I mis read your email, I then called the depot after the three days due date, they informed me the item was on site, I travelled there on public transport taking 90 minutes each way to be then told the item was NOT on site

Terrible service, ordered 2 Urgently needed car parts & an over priced socket set to get my broken down vehicle fixed so I could leave the airb&b without being stranded & paid extra for next day shipping. Ordered on a Wednesday, received them at 5pm on Friday which was fine as I had the house till 10.30am on Saturday, However I only received the car parts & not the socket set so I instantly called them to be told it will arrive later in the day & it obviously never arrived & the call centre was closed till Monday which meant I couldn't call, I sent several emails & still haven't had a reply over a week later. I'm down £73.99 on a socket set & each day I've phoned up I had to go though the details of what i had ordered & why & then explain everything I've been told by each useless costumer service rep & each time I got know where even though & was fobbed off each time. I'm now left in limbo, as I have no socket set & no money. Last time I called it hadn't even been delivered & that was a week after I ordered it with Next Day Delivery! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & I HAVE INFORMED MY CAR CLUB MEMBERS & FRIENDS NOT UIBIWE YOU, ESPECIALLY FOR DELIVERY! I ended up having to pay a taxi driver 37mile round trip to by sockets at 8am so I could at least get my car of the drive SO I'm actually Down More than £73.99 with the extra cost. AVOID YHEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered 2 items for click and collect next day to repair a car for MOT Was informed they would be ready for collection after 10a.m. next day Travelled 12 miles to collect only to be told only 1 item was there They couldn't understand why I was told it would be ready next Day as it usually takes 2 days They also said they called me but they hadn't So items not ready car couldn't be repaired in time all at my expense with travelling unnecessarily Not happy

I went to collect my order from GSF Car Parts in Hemel Hempstead on 13/08 and was served by someone listed on the receipt as “WEB.” The whole process of collecting an order took over half an hour. There was a queue of people, with only one staff member serving, who was extremely slow. What stood out most, however, was how rude and dismissive this person was — not just towards me, but to every customer ahead of me in the queue as well every customer in the shop was looking at eachother in dismay. One example was a customer collecting an order and part of that wasn’t in stock. Which the employee had obviously substituted for similar without telling the customer. When the customer pointed out the difference, the staff member simply replied, “yeah, it’s because we don’t have it.” When he was then asked if something was still included, the response was an abrupt, “well, I don’t know with the attitude of why should he know, there was no offer to check or anything. This is now the second time I’ve encountered the same staff member, and on both occasions their attitude and lack of basic customer service has been shocking. Honestly, they should not be in a customer-facing role. Very disappointing experience and it does put me off using this place again.

Northampton branch on grafton industrial estate. Absolutely shocking customer service. Staff are rude and in need of some training. So much so that my last order will be my final dealings with gsf. Plenty more car spares places with similar prices locally.

Sent a "compatible" set of wipers which didn't fit. Trying to return the order no response to attempts to contact them

Really disappointed with the items that I ordered. Box was ripped and parts missing so couldn't even use them. Sent back for a refund. Won't be ordering from here again!
