I ordered a pair of brake discs for my wife's car I gave the registration like I was asked, to make sure the parts i would received would be correct and I received the wrong size discs, I also ordered what I thought was a set of pads for the said discs,and recieved a set of rear pads,and to return these items has been a really bad experience as I was supposed to be sent a return reference number which I didn't get,and after phoning themselves again I still didn't receive a number,but forward thinking for myself I asked them to give me the return reference over the phone,because I didn't receive a ref number by e-mail and still haven't,so a bad experience all round and very unsure if I will ever use the mail order site again !!!

Ordered a battery as I wanted to use my van this week. Instead of a DHL delivery as promised on the delivery email, they used a random white van man and the battery arrived with the bag and box full of battery acid which burned my dad's hands. Have sent in two contact forms asking for a return or refund with not even an acknowledgement in return. Now I'll have to buy another battery and I have no idea if I'll ever get my money back, let alone making up for the acid burns Really really bad service

Battery was delivered on time, but it was broken. No visible damage to the box, so it must have damaged when it was packed.

Absolutely rubbish not like before, order the battery online by entering reg when went to collect from store the receptionist staff he was absolutory arrogant with no customer skills , placed order roughly 3.5 hours before and it said ready for collection on email , first he said he didn't receive the order then after surfacing a lot said he received email then said it's not in the stock and didn't fit . Finally said I can offer another with with much higher price , externally disappointed , waste of time . won't recommend anyone to buy from them online especially from Bradford BD4 store never

Wrong parts sent. Phoned main helpline and had the most frustrating conversation I have ever had. All I wanted to do was exchange and get the right part! Luckily I got hold of the local GSF number (Bournemouth) They were really helpful and got me the correct parts and exchanged when I went there.

I ordered a set of wheel locking bolts and was delivered a single bolt, which is pretty useless. I contacted them and am still waiting for a refund. I won’t buy anything from them in the future.

I placed an order for 6 wiper blades and 2 car wash cloths. The order arrived a day later than expected, and was one item short. I notified GSF CarParts of the issue and have received 3 emails requesting totally irrelevant information. I cannot prove that the item was missing when the order was delivered, but the implication that I am not being truthful is blatantly obvious. Customer service of this nature is fortunately quite rare.

I use GFS as my local parts at work so thought i would give this a go. I ordered a Battery in the morning as it said delivery the following day if bought it in the next 6hrs and on orders over £25. I needed it quickly as i had to get to the hospital as my mother has cancer. I called the following day wondering where it was to be told that i should have picked the 24hr delivery at £11 which i would have had i known. Anyway as it turns out it actually takes 5 days to get here and it's only just over 100 miles away. So NO i definitely wouldn't recommend them and would certainly never use them again.

As a new customer of GSFCarParts I decided to order because they had a website deal for 10% off. The site said the code was added automatically to the cart. But no discount was removed from the total. After contacting customer services they offered nothing nor did they apologise. Only offered a cancellation. This is a company that was misleading customers into ordering with an offer that was never going to be honoured. I will avoid using them in the future and having experienced the very poor customer service would urge others to avoid too!!

They sent totally the Wrong part , a series of utter hassle procedures to return the wrong one. I have to order the correct one and pay for it again. Van off the road for a week and not happy. I don’t trust SFCarParts.com, they are not helping sort this out .

The website said payment had failed due to an error so I placed another order, only to learn that they had taken payment twice. I could not cancel the order and to get a refund I now have to use my time and fuel to drive to a store to return the item…

Ordered front and rear brake pads. Fronts were wrong tried to exchanged in store when collecting the correct pads. Could not exchange the wrong ones no help from the staff and tried to charge me £49 when only £31 online. I always used gsf for all parts needed for my car and others I repair. But after this I will never use gsf again and would recommend using other suppliers in the future shame it has gone downhill in the last 6 months

Paid for next day delivery 7 days ago still not recevied my parcel. Delivery was attempted 2 days ago but the parcel was leaking fluid so it was rejected. Not received any communication or updates.
