I have a 2006 Ford ranger EO06 HLY that I use to buy parts for all the time, but now your website says you no longer have parts for it, but when I picked up the parts for my other car the man said you do have all the parts I need but that I would not get my discount on it because I don’t order them on the website plus I didn’t get my free 5l of screen wash as promised on your website page so I’m not impressed with my experience. Can you explain why I can’t order them online but I can get them in store. Regards Martin.

Llandudno Junction staff are overwhelmed with answering call queries and dealing with customers at the same time. Happy to make you wait up to 10 mins before being served. They are also rude and can't admit to their own faults on the website. Would rather try to make you look an idiot. Bought 1 litre of engine oil as it clearly said fully synthetic on the parts fitment, only to find out that it was semi synthetic.

Ordered a clutch for my van using the registration number and the website said it was correct, no it wasn't. Of course only found out when the mechanic had the gearbox on the ground so was at his mercy and wound up paying almost double. Now I have the privilege of returning the wrong clutch at my own expense and inconvenience. Reminds me of Autodoc who were just as useless.

Parts they sent out after using my reg did not fit. One part had obviously been sent out wrong before as packing was greasey and open. Their Customer Service is non existent no reply four day on from any of the contact methods. I want a refund and a return label as it is their error and the nearest store for the return is 45min away. Won't be using them again plenty of other suppliers to choose from

First time I've felt the need to leave a 1 star, and here's why: Ordered some parts for my car, and have an Account with GSF, so simply selected my vehicle from the "My Garage" area on the GSF website. This showed confirmation that the part shown in results are compatible and fit my car. Parts arrived and the part number matched what was shown on website, however are NOT compatible (same part number, however for completely different car!!!) As per GSF's instructions for return, went into local GSF branch. After some 20 minutes waiting to be served (only one person in front, with 3/4 other Staff visible in area behind counter, very busy talking loudly and swearing amongst themseves), I was finally able to return parts, and the member of Staff was very dismissive to the point of implying it was somehow my fault that their own website is known to be wrong with showing parts that fit when in fact they don't!?!) Very poor service all around and they need to sort this out!

I came to buy spark plugs for my Honda jazz, I was given a wrong plugs and this has damaged my car when I took the car for assessment

Said my parts were ready for collection. Drove 10 miles each way to collect and found out 1 part wasn't there for collection and not in stock at that shop, ended up having to back the next day to collect the part.

Ordered a click and collect as they offered a free screenwash with the click and collect. When I went to collect they said there is no free screenwash and were not helpful at all. I then emailed the customer care as live chat was not available. it's been a week and I have not got a reply. I rather deal with another company and pay more if necessary for a better service.

We have lost few thousand pound because of m, not ordering online and trusting the local branch and ordering over the phone even though we have got a business account. So I have calculated last few months I have lost a few thousand pound. Really poor service by the Head Office. I have asked why I’ve been charged extra money per order, they said because we deliver to you. they overcharge me and give me free delivery which is not right.

wrong delivery twice will never shop online with GSF ONLINE AGAIN WHAT A MESS YOU MADE OF THE DELIVERY I HAD TO KEEP ON AND ON YOU DID NOT KEEP ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS HAPPING AND YOU SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT

The parts are good quality, there was just a few issues with ordering. I selected click and collect, when I arrived the following day, the parts hadn’t been ordered. I was told to go back the following day, the next day I collected the parts, went away opened the box and found to be the incorrect parts, took them back to be told new parts had to be ordered that would take another day. Finally got the parts about 3 days after I should have. Guy behind the counter was very good to deal with, had a great customer service skill, and apologetic explained that it was system error etc, not recognising my number plate to the right part.
