The part listed on the website wasn't the one they had in stock. I drove 35 miles there for nothing.

I orderd a de walt gun which said it would arrive by Wednesday then it came on Saturday and it wasnt even the right gun i then had to go over to the store 1 hour from where i live to get it sent back

ordered online confirmation email said ready at 10am, arrived at store after 11am no parts. got a text at 12.30pm parts are ready to collect drive back to store arrived around 1pm parts still not arrived, told that it was an automated text and parts should be here after 2pm. 3rd trip back to store after 2pm and collected. 2 wasted journey's and no apology. you need to sort out your online systems so they work with the store to stop people wasting there time.

I had opened the battery from its cover Today and found its leaking from everywhere. It might have been brought upside down while delivering at my doorstep.

Part was listed as fitting left and right hand side. Took my car to a garage, they disassembled my old drive shaft, went to fit the one I bought from you and it wasn’t the part I needed, turns out there is a specific side for each drive shaft. I had to pay for the time of the mechanic to take my drive shaft off and then put it back on again, as the wrong part ordered from yourself after being told it was correct online and in store. I then had to drive back to your store to return the part I bought, wait 3 days for my refund and then order the correct part from Bullseye instead as you didn’t have the part in stock that I needed.

I put in my registration online and it found my vehicle, said the part would fit my vehicle and it didn't. I paid £7.00 odds for the part and £14.00 for delivery. Waste of money.

The package was open, incorrectly addressed, parts were missing and arrived later than expected. It does not get much worse than that!

offered 20% discount for signing up for e-mail offers, but not given the 20% discount when i collected my order, numerous e-mails to GSF. GSF initially confirmed i would have the 20%discount refunded onto my credit card, which did not happen, then e-mails ignored, I WILL NOT USE GFS CART PARTS AGAIN

The server was so rude. Didn’t even acknowledge me for a long time while I was waiting and then came to serve me but he did say hello or thank you or at least warn me about how heavy the battery I was buying was. Just zero manners or customer service. The server was a white male with medium hair length late 20s or 30s

Absolutely awful service, if I could give zero stars I really would. I called the store to check if I ordered something it would be here Tuesday following the bank holiday. There answer was confidently YES if ordered before 2PM. This wasn’t the case at all, and only discovered this after my delivery was 2 days late than I expected it , I called customer service who explained why my delivery wasn’t on time, and they explained the store advisors aren’t actually trained on deliveries only click and collect ( Fair enough ) but still given false information. The customer service said it will be with me the next day after speaking to them, as the bank holiday delayed, I wouldn’t of minded if I was told this upon purchasing, but this wasn’t a car parts, was infinity wax cleaning products that was needed for the day I was expecting it to be delivered, It doesn’t end here, After waiting for my delivery the following day, it still didn’t arrive, so, called again and asked what’s going on, No one could advise, or provide a tracking number, So I managed to ask where the products are being sent from and they informed me it was a 3rd party… NOT INFINItY WAX! This was another company selling products on behalf of GSF. So, I called the 3rd party. Bare in mind I placed an order Saturday morning, we are now on Thursday ( paid for next day delivery ) the 3rd party was absolutely brilliant, explained what happened, and why it delayed, They told me GSF didn’t even send MY order too them until That day ( Thursday ) 5 days after I originally placed the order!!!! I got my item on the Friday next day after the 3rd party received the order. Absolutely ridiculous!

To be honest gsf need to up their game I ended up having to go back 5 time's for a few pads and discs, email saying stuff traffic collection get there and it's a case of not in stock and might be in tomorrow!?? Crazy stuff really

I order front brake pads online and I get them from the store with front brake disc as well and am taxi driver and that was Friday so after I took the car to garage and take everything off and fit the new parts we found the pads it's for rear and the store was closed so waste my time and I wait tell Saturday and they said we have to order them from Crawley. BTW when I went to collect the parts I ask to check this the right pads and everything he yes
