I was supposed to get 20% off with my first order, there was no opportunity to enter a code, and after liaising with customer services, they've just gone silent no resolution. So I'm £20 +pounds down 👎

on line configurator has given me the wrong battery. The company is terrible to contact... no common sense support in place. Emails not responded and phone cuts you off after about 20 minute wait. I would avoid this company and buy in a shop or have supplied by a garage. AVOID.

Simply awful, ordered parts for click and collect, went to the shop when I received a notification to say they are ready to be told that they wasn't there and they will be in in a few days, so i called the shop a few days later to make sure they had the part and was told my order was then cancelled because I hadn't picked them up in time but they had the part and I had to reorder them online. Also I received an email saying any issues please respond to this email, but the email address didn't accept incoming emails.

Worst company, order placed and paid for. Then sat processing for a week, when expected in 2-3 days. Could not get hold of anyone on phone, email, live chat. Week later sat on phone until answered and told part was not available but would upgrade to next part for same price and would out in next day delivery for the stress caused. But still did not arrive and sent another email to finally get response saying order cancelled, and now still waiting for refund! DON'T USE THEM!!

ordered for next day delivery stayed in all day then early evening sent message to say that items had not come early the next morning message to say my item was on its way i complained ad asked for a refund of the postage for next day ( as due to the size of order post was free ) which they agread to but still waiting for refund

Parts purchased on line next day paid £5.99 arrived a day late asked for postage back no reply ,orderd online for pick up at local shop Durham got a text saying pick up from 10 am order ready went @ 1 pm paid for them but orderd online was not there I was told come back at 3 I told him to *****off money back went else where ,gsf what's the point your rubbish cheers Peter I'll not even consider even if half price wasting peoples time & money

Deceptive "order now and receive tomorrow" banner. Incomplete order received after two days slightly damaged item (although still usable) and no reply to my enquiry as to where my missing bits are nearly two days after submitting
