Woman in shop would not confirm part fitment. Their website told me part fitted. . Now I know what the S stands for. I had to return it as did not fit. Wasting time and fuel. Ordered replacement from Motor Parts Direct and it fitted. Never again will I go to GSF car parts

I just made it to tire store a minute before closing time to pick up a click and collect order only to be told they were closed. This was before closing time. The guy I spoke to was abrupt and rude. Why have a closing time and then close before that time?

utter chaos, staff roaming around leaving queues at the till. after waiting 15 minutes to collect an order I placed online, I then had to pay cash as the EPOS wasn't working. last time buy from this shambles.

Order a air con compressor for my Ford Transit Custom online using the vehicle reg. I then paid a garage to fit the part which was faulty and did not work. I have had to pay the garage to remove the faulty part and refit my leaking compressor. The swindon branch have refunded the cost of the faultly part and i have submitted a claim for the cost of the fitting. This has caused much wasted time and stress just prior to travalling to Spain with the vehicle.

I got a reminder on bank holiday Monday to say that my local GSF was open and I could continue my order. I put my order through and I was told the parts would be waiting for me. I arrived and the store was closed. There were three other parties that had similar stories. The following day when I picked up my parts I mentioned it to the young lady who was serving me, she couldn't care less. She said it's Sunday opening hours on a bank holiday Monday. I asked why they send out reminders telling everyone that they're open and they don't say that it's Sunday opening hours. I asked her if she would be telling her manager and she basically wasn't interested.

My order arrived however the part in the box was not what I ordered. I have been trying to arrange a return via post and getting no where. I’m not currently in a position to drop by a local GSF location (at my expense) to return. Poor customer service and no interest to resolve. Would not recommend GSF to anymore and will not be using again.

I cancelled my order an hour after placing it. The items were dispatched anyway. I returned them in store and was told they cannot process refunds in store (what business with 190 stores can’t perform this basic function?) The item then vanished into the ether between the store and their warehouse and I’m having to fight for a refund. Avoid this place and shop at a business that isn’t completely dysfunctional.

Wrong air filler when I serviced had to have the car off the road for an extra day not pleased. And then had to put the old one back in just to get back on the road.

I ordered my parts online. Put the Registration number in and selected parts, I asked the online messager too, to confirm correct parts. Parts came promptly and now I'm stuck with useless parts that doesn't fit my car. Rang up store and they said nothing you can do but come in store. I work 6 days a week and due to my hours can't get to store. So thanks for nothing. Online shopping is for convenience. Get it right!!!

I ordered a pair of rear discs for my Peugeot, and the system loaded pads to my basket as well, I assumed they were rear pads. Within a minute or so after paying, I checked the order and found that front pads not rears had been loaded to the order. I immediately called GSF, and asked them to ammend this, but was told it was too late, and front pads was what I was getting, and that I could send them back for refund or exchange. With return postage for the pads and their replacements at roughly £9.00, plus my time packing and posting, it makes for a dear set of rear pads. What annoys me is thatthey could easily have ammended the shipment....they just couldn't be bothere! So, they've lost a customer.
