“Staff were rude, and unwelcoming and they gave me three wrong part which meant I had to tske a day off work to sort it out and refit”

“Returns process seems to ge designed to make it as difficult as possible to return items. What makes it worse is the part on the website recommended was the wrong part altogether.”

“I went to pick up the part, at the shop there was only 1 person serving someone with a big order. Lots of other staff were hanging around but nobody would serve me, I felt ignored, waited for 15 mins on my lunch break. Staff seemed quite rude to ignore me.”

“Went out of my way to find the correct clutch for my car with all necessary info includig reg. I was sent the incorrect clutch which I was told to return to the nearest depot some distance away. Incorrect info as the store was reluctant to accept as it had not come from them Luckily I had printed info saying I was to take it to them GSF hides its return 'email' address and makes it difficult to contact them Hopefully now going to get my payment returned”

“Order a part via your website. Your website said it was compatible with my car. Drove to collect part, drove home. Tried to fit the part and it is not compatible. Return part to warehouse, told the employee that the website is wrong. Employee said " yea that happens a lot". I would not use the company again.”

“Ordered parts and paid for guaranteed! next day delivery, parts took 8 days to arrive. During this time tried around 30 times to speak to somebody on the phone, absolutely impossible to get through as after 15mins of holding the system just tells you nobody is available and kicks you out. Live chat function is just as poor you get a response on average next day, sometimes 2 days later. Worst purchasing and customer service experience I have ever had!!!!!!!@”

“I entered my registration number, found the correct springs for my Peugeot 107 and ordered. Received the call, went and paid for the parts- prompt service. Noticed when I got home the boxes said Vauxhall Corsa. Went back to have confirmed they were incorrect for my vehicle, the correct parts were more than double the price and not in stock. A refund was issued- wasted time and fuel.”

“Disappointed is an understatement.. I paid for next business working day delivery, but I had to wait 4 days for it to arrive. What a scam! Just be patient, wait for their regular delivery, avoid paying £5.99 for a scam.. But otherwise okay company.”

“Disgusting service ordered parts (Saturday) in stock to get email out of stock then got email 2/3 working days expected parts Tuesday/Wednesday, rang up twice on Thursday 10am and 12.30 pm to get automatic message after 15 minutes saying ring back Monday-Friday between 9&5 clearly don’t know the time or day of the week went on live chat got email saying my parts were despachched with a courier that day (Thursday) and have to take them to my local store to claim a refund as I went elsewhere (cheaper) now on the following Tuesday and still no parts Never again will I shop here or recommend”
