Always ask for store pick-up, my parcel is delivered to someone else / not delivered to my address, GFS and Evri don't want to know means if they delivered to a wrong address and you can't find your parcel, it's your loos !!! It's your responsibility to find the parcel in your neighbourhood and you lost the amount spent.

Paid for next day delivery did not arrive rang 3 days later was told they will refund and that they don’t know when the order will arrive they said for me to go to Sidcup and collect a different brand which was cheaper and they was going to charge me exactly the same but should have been cheaper was told I would get a refund in 48 hrs ended up taking 10 days. Terrible company went into sidcup branch and all the staff was playing around in the store and swearing very unprofessional. Would not use again

Terrible customer service, will take an absolute age to submit a refund a month in and still waiting. Had to walk an hour to a store for a refund to be told can't be done without an invoice number and sent away. Spoke to someone on the phone after multiple long attempts to get through who said this isn't true and they could have returned it in store and that they have the forms there. The guy on the phone was worth the star at least as sorted a return label for me. One month in still awaiting the refund for less than £50 on a part their checker aid fitted my vehicle.

Im still awaiting any form of contact regarding a complaint that was filed following being sold parts that were listed to fit my vehicle but were completely wrong and having to spend more time than should have been necessary to return and obtain the refund

Very poor service. I called once ordering online for the person on the phone to tell me it’s all ordered should see it Monday. I turn up Monday and the part hasn’t even been ordered. So it’s re ordered for Tuesday. I call up to get told to wait as a I can hear people just chatting on the phone. Part finally arrives to fine out it doesn’t include everything that’s in the picture and have to spend another £50 at the main dealer getting the missing parts

I’ve tried to contact customer services numerous times to tell them they have sent the wrong parts but still no answer over a week after 1st contacted them and I’ve had to go and buy more parts from elsewhere to complete my MOT

20 days later and my order has not arrived. Not 1 email or phone call has been answered. Shockingly bad service. I just want my money. I no longer need the product as I got it somewhere else, where it was actually delivered to me!!!

I order parts online , oil filter bosch was not in stock ( but online I think was 3 available) and I need to pay £ extra for mann, when I came back home I wanted to replace the cabin filter and i realised I got a too big one that didn't fit my car! A lot waste of time and petrol

Very bad experience I don't think they have anything to do with customer service. My car alternator was taken after entering the number plate. I was given a completely different part, not the same one I needed. After I placed my order online, upon my arrival, more than six people were looking at me. I waited for about ten minutes. I understand if the person was busy, but one of them was watching TikTok. I returned with the parts to change them because they are not the part and they are the ones responsible. He refused to return the refund and said that the mistake was theirs and that he would give me the appropriate part for 175 pounds with a discount. I was surprised after that that he did not give me the original part, but gave me the fake one. After installing the part, it did not fit my car. I returned for the third time with the part and was shocked that the manager told us to provide you with a refund because the part was installed in the car. I don't think he looked at the online data, which indicates that the part can be returned after sixty days if it does not fit the customer. Anyway, I was going to tell him that I went to the store twice and was given a part that has nothing to do with what I ordered and that Uber should be charged twice for a round trip of about 32 pounds. The important thing is that you please make sure of any cat before taking it and never take it from this store because it really exhausted me and the new piece is still in the car’s cabinet. If you want it for free, I will return it to you.

Wrong part supplied even with the cars registration being provided. And zero reply to any messages left on their chat function or reply to a direct message for almost a week!! Don’t worry GSF, Amazon did it properly and supplied the correct part the next day! Should have gone there first. I’m also sure that I will seriously struggle to get any kind of refund from them as the only response I had was to return it to the nearest store!!!! No, this needs to be posted back at No Additional Cost and a full refund including postage needs to be applied! DO NOT USE ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE, I WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!!

one of the items ordered went missing, I reported iot back to GSF Carp Parts, its been 2 weeks and I have not had the item or a refund!!! Very very bad service

The battery was fine apart from the acid which had leaked out owing to it being delivered on its side. The plastic bag around the battery had captured some of the liquid but damage to the cardboard box showed that the leakage was not fully contained. The battery worked as expected.

I collected the item,I see that on the box was written for Peugeot and Citroen ( I think) I asked the guy from the till and he told me that is ok, don't worry...after that my mechanic told me that is not good,is too big,,,,and he ordered another one 😡😡😡😡

Ordered a battery. Delivered with broken handle and leaking fluid. Eventually managed to arrange for it to be collected the following week. They used Evri of course who said they turned up but did not. Still awaiting collection. So far not good experience. Still waiting for collection from evri 1 week later. If you need a battery don't buy from gsf. No quality control and bad delivery company. I am using a jump starter still. Not good.
