Disappointed no exchange available now I have to wait almost 2 weeks for a refund to buy the parts. I’m a carer for my grandmother and worry being off the road.

EVERY order I place with GSF there is an issue, things missing, damaged, or partially cancelled because they do not update their website or price accordingly. Really find them hard work.

Skipton Branch. I Ordered Oil Filter on "Click & Collect" system, £6.90. Next day, I ran half mile along road from supermarket to Industrial estate in rain, only to be told that they had NO record of my order BUT I could buy one "over the counter" for £9.40. I declined this insulting offer and asked if they had any complaints process. No reply. These people were obviously out to scam me for the extra £2.50 which, as an OAP I could not afford to be scammed out of. No apology, nothing. Absolutely disgusted with GSF Skipton. Cowboys.

Typed my registration in, ordered part, computer says it fits, part came, it did not fit, my choice, a 30 mile round trip in horrendous traffic, or, pay for postage AND find a printer. I will never use this very poor company again, they don't care about customers and needs. They also broke distance selling laws. Very poor.

Ordered wiper blades, noticed delivery charge so decided to order a replacement bulb as well to make the delivery charge worth it. after order paid, I received an email from GSF saying they could not supply the wiper blades. Without the wiper blades I ended up paying £3 to deliver a £1.50 bulb. Tried to cancel my order and contacted GSF within 20mins of my partial order cancellation but they could not stop the order going through. Told me to refuse the delivery but I couldn’t because I wasn’t home when it was delivered and the item was small enough to post through my door.

They sent the wrong item and expect the customer to pay to return it. Will never use them again, very disappointed.

Inputted my reg. to order discs and pads on line.Got the old pads off and found the new ones were the wrong size.Put the old pads back on to drive to local store. Went to the local store to exchange and was told that they could not exchange . I had to request a returns form fill it in and then return to the store with the pads and they would send them to the online dispatch site. Likely return of my cash about 10 days.I should have been able to exchange the pads at my local store. Their error caused much hassle.

Brake callipers stated price £60.30 with offer of £41.40 returned when you return your old calliper. No mention anywhere of any surcharge. Spoke to two company sales agents who were themselves clearly unable to understand the quoted prices and subsequently quoted two entirely different, (what they claimed would be the TRUE net prices differing by £20 each). Gained the clear impression that they were both just applying their own interpretations! Very misleading advertising at best!!

Parts did not fit my vehicle, even tho your site gave these sizes as the correct size for my vehicle. Strange returns procedure. You should be able to return to the nearest branch with proof of purchase. Website poor. Returns policy on website poor. It is not easy to return if you have to fill out a form and do not have access to a printer. Sent request to return and have not received authorisation code. Not impressed
