After ordering online with reg number Incorrect pads given only noticed when my lad was fitting couldn’t return on the day as it was after 2 pm on the Saturday needed to purchase pads from another supplier not returned as yet hope to receive money back

I ordered brakes front and back disc,battery gearbox oil and paid for next day ,the only thing that arrived was a battery a week letter I emailed them to find out what was going on but eventually I found out rear shoes out off stock online ,I don't gwt why you didn't send everything else ,I went in my local branch but they where useless wouldn't help as online order, I finally had enough ask for refund 5 days later still not had refund what a jokr

Service great, parts quality rubbish. I replaced my top mounts late last year, and now, one bearing is tight, causing the spring to jump as the top plate fails to swivel. Needed a new bearing. New one is stiff to turn, harsh, as if no grease. Movement is worse than the old one that is seizing. Binned it. Re-using the original, now 10 years old.

Courier damaged packaging so badly that I thought the brake discs and brake pads had collided and broken the wear indicator wire on the brembo pads. The outside of the box was re-sealed in tape by the courier company ; the box containing the discs had split and the heavy metal had been rattling around and damaging the box containing the brake pads. I have full images of the poor condition of the packaging and can submit photos if required, unfortunately they are on my phone and not this iPad.

Worse online customer service I have ever experienced still only been refunded the part after paying £8 for next day delivery and it taking two weeks

I am very unhappy about them not living up to their promises. The team at the outlet doesn't know about the promotions which are advertised. Had to return without what they promised in their promotional advert. False advertising at it's best... Really bad customer service too, as many of my attempts to contact them have been unawnsered.

Order 1005322992. The Duracell battery was delivered by DPD standing on its side, not its bottom, in spite of the bold arrows pointing upwards. I reported this, asked for your instructions, but you did not reply. So I bought a Drivetec battery at your Littlehampton store, and returned the Dracell for a refund.

Don’t take return back and expect money back anytime soon as I’ve been waiting 3 weeks today and still nothing can’t get anyone to answer phone it’s a joke. But not laughing 😬

Shower of........ If you get an offer email from them that seems too good to be true it is. Then they had the gall to send it too me a second time, Jokers. I will never buy anything from them again. Told them that and they responded with good, we don't care, moan all you like, we ain't honouring that offer🤣
