Could not deliver parts to Northern Ireland even though there is the option on the website to offer that. Blamed DPD for this.

Needed front discs for a Golf GTD, the website only gave one result that matched my reg no so ordered these and applied the GSF24 discount code. Discs arrived and after fitting on one side I realised they were the wrong diameter, so took it off again and returned to local store, where I had to fill in a form to be able to get a refund, which hasn't arrived yet. Then I had to purchase the correct discs for which they were unable to give me the discount I got from the website, so cost me an extra £12, so all told I am currently £72 out of pocket. Unimpressed!!

The parts are good but the guy who works in the shop Maidstone in that day was very rude and make me uncomfortable and unhappy. I will think in future if I want to work with you

I paid an extra £7 to get the brake pads here asap. It still took an added 3 days for them to arrive! I'm sick of being mugged off by online entities who promise everything and fail to deliver.

⭐️ ⭐️ I checked with the guy the wiper blades were the right ones for my car and they weren’t. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The guy changed them for the correct ones and charged me the same price and they have been great.

I bought a drop link and when I came to fit it there was a nut missing and the plastic had been ripped open which ment we had to go to the scrapyard to find a nut that fits not very impressed

Choose to buy from them because it was showing as "In Stock" and it stated "Delivery on Monday if ordered withing next xhrs" (it was Friday). Even paid additional £3.99 delivery (which only came up on checkout screen) beliveing that would ensure I'd get it Monday). By Monday lunch time it was still showing as "Processing"!! Had to call to be told it was "Delivery from supplier" (so not what I would call "in Stock"!) and they didn't know when it would ship but usually 1 to 2 days!. I would have rated this 1 Star but increased it to 2 Star as they did refund the £3.99 and it did finally arrive a day later (but too late for me to use).

I searched for an alternator using my vehicle registration. It showed as available in stock for click and collect, when actually it was available to collect after 10am the following day. When I collected my order I checked against the original part I had removed and the new one was incorrect. Condescendingly the assistant asked if I had used the registration number when checking online, to which I responded yes. She then did a further search and found the part delivered to the store wasn’t even carried by that store so all in all a total shambles and waste of time (60 min round trip to my nearest branch). The cost was refunded there and then and I purchased from elsewhere.

The parts at GSF Wirral are reasonably priced, but the customer service is really poor. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve had to wait 10–15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. The staff are usually sat around the corner chatting with each other instead of helping customers. This isn’t just a one-off — it’s happened on 3 separate visits for me, and 2 times for a friend as well. I’d honestly rather order online or go to Euro Car Parts where I know I’ll be served quickly. It’s a shame because the Liverpool branch of GSF is excellent with great customer service. The Wirral branch really needs to sort their staff out.

The prices are good, but it starts to be a bit pointless when they say it's in stock and you end up making 3 trips because they can organise themselves. Come on GSF, why is your online stock system run by a 3rs party company who don't actually know the stock levels. I can't use you in future because you cost me 5 hours in wasted journeys and 2 days waiting for parts.

Good prices , get items next day if they aren't in stock , very small waiting room , cramped when more than 4 people , slow service as the guy dealing with you has to go in the stores to fetch the items , could do with a runner to collect the items

Website indicated part was suitable for my car, but after taking it home and removing the old part, found that it wasn't. This is the second time this has happened.
