The part was ordered Sunday and was expected to be delivered on Tuesday. Its now Thursday and it still has not arrived. I'm desperate for my van to be back on the road.

I only just received my parcel it went to the wrong address and it's the wrong part. I typed the part number 6 time's and I still received the wrong part

Your website misled me into thinking my standard delivery would the next day if I ordered before certain time. Your standard delivery took a week to arrive making me re arrange my appointment for work.

I made three orders for one I paid to arrive on the second day, it didn’t happen pay for nothing. The second order did not fit my car, the fact that I ordered everything by plate number of the car must to return. Not a very professional approach

Rang GSF for some rear springs for my bmw and was quoted £144. Went online and googled the part and GSF came up and the springs were £30 each with free postage.

Iv given a 3 star because it’s been over a week and my items have still not arrived. But for price they are good. Iv had to come a revise my review. It’s been 11 days and still no delivery so I rang the customer services asking where my order was they say it shows it been lost in transiit. Not very good customer service at all especially when it was meant to be next day delivery. Then when it didn’t come I had a look on line the small print says it could take 2-5 days. This is a knock on effect for my customer. Poor very poor

The site gave the impression that if I ordered within a few hours that parts would be delivered free the next day , this was not the case, it took 2 days so would not use this misleading service again .

Original item damaged in transit. Not one word of what is being done to rectify this problem. Not very good with the communication thing. Not really impressed.

the parts were incorrect , thre was no circlip and the bearing was 2mm to long,also the dust cap was undersise,I will return the product,

Entered my registration number to find a replacement screen wash pump. Bought the pump but when I went to fit it, I found the electrical connector was incorrect

Ordered online for collection. Arrived to find battery was not available due to stock levels incorrect. I asked for deliveryat at a later date, as made 1.5hr round trip was told NO and no options offered. Came home ordered online for delivery which worked! This should of been offered in store?

Asked to pay within 4hours so I can receive the product next day. Ended up receiving it 3days later. In between, I was totally unable to contact anyone to update me... My advice; do not make offers you can't deliver on.

I ordered brake discs online and got a tatty box with the wrong discs in Had to go buy the right ones in-store and sit back now and wait for a refund. In-store the guys are great but online is useless

Contacted customer services regarding parts I needed but couldn't find on your site,advisor sent me links for both parts,which I ordered,when the arrived I immediately saw they were different,turns out they were for a totally different make/model of car,I then had to waste my time & money taking them back to the nearest store,won't be ordering from gsf agsin

I needed a front hub with bearing for my Discovery, I’m a mechanic so know how to order parts, found GSF on the internet, put my vehicle registration in and what I was looking for naturally as I had put my registration in assumed the list of parts related to me vehicle ordered the hub paid and waited delivery, came next day looked at part wrong one, I then rang a local outlet for GSF parts who told me nothing they could do have to return the part to the internet based part of the company, I asked can they organise a replacement part only the correct one, I was told we don’t keep that type of thing and we don’t have access to the part numbers either, back on the net registration in order another hub and pay again wait for delivery hub arrives looks rights until I offer it up, Wrong part again I ring the net based GSF you have sent me two hubs both wrong why, give the part number you have sir on both hubs and year and model of your car, yes they do fit that car, I know, what you want is this one well can you supply that one, No sir we don’t keep that one we’ll have to order it, NO I’ll go elsewhere. GSF I have now paid twice for parts that are nothing to do with my vehicle, there internet parts site is a waste of space, and I now have to download and print off two returns pages take those and the parts to the local branch so they can return them, and I will have to wait until they have been checked in at the warehouse to get my money back, So would I recommend GSF absolutely not. Foot note my mate rang GSF for a part and was quoted just over £70, he bought that same part elsewhere for just over £23.
