I searched for an alternator using my vehicle registration. It showed as available in stock for click and collect, when actually it was available to collect after 10am the following day. When I collected my order I checked against the original part I had removed and the new one was incorrect. Condescendingly the assistant asked if I had used the registration number when checking online, to which I responded yes. She then did a further search and found the part delivered to the store wasn’t even carried by that store so all in all a total shambles and waste of time (60 min round trip to my nearest branch). The cost was refunded there and then and I purchased from elsewhere.
