I ordered brake discs online and got a tatty box with the wrong discs in Had to go buy the right ones in-store and sit back now and wait for a refund. In-store the guys are great but online is useless

Contacted customer services regarding parts I needed but couldn't find on your site,advisor sent me links for both parts,which I ordered,when the arrived I immediately saw they were different,turns out they were for a totally different make/model of car,I then had to waste my time & money taking them back to the nearest store,won't be ordering from gsf agsin

I needed a front hub with bearing for my Discovery, I’m a mechanic so know how to order parts, found GSF on the internet, put my vehicle registration in and what I was looking for naturally as I had put my registration in assumed the list of parts related to me vehicle ordered the hub paid and waited delivery, came next day looked at part wrong one, I then rang a local outlet for GSF parts who told me nothing they could do have to return the part to the internet based part of the company, I asked can they organise a replacement part only the correct one, I was told we don’t keep that type of thing and we don’t have access to the part numbers either, back on the net registration in order another hub and pay again wait for delivery hub arrives looks rights until I offer it up, Wrong part again I ring the net based GSF you have sent me two hubs both wrong why, give the part number you have sir on both hubs and year and model of your car, yes they do fit that car, I know, what you want is this one well can you supply that one, No sir we don’t keep that one we’ll have to order it, NO I’ll go elsewhere. GSF I have now paid twice for parts that are nothing to do with my vehicle, there internet parts site is a waste of space, and I now have to download and print off two returns pages take those and the parts to the local branch so they can return them, and I will have to wait until they have been checked in at the warehouse to get my money back, So would I recommend GSF absolutely not. Foot note my mate rang GSF for a part and was quoted just over £70, he bought that same part elsewhere for just over £23.

The discs which arrived are the wrong size. I gave the registration number of the vehicle as asked for but the parts are incorrect. I now have to take them to your local outlet to sort this out.

I ordered a battery for my car and have seen the GSF vans on a regular basis delivering parts I expected that to be the case with my part only to find out it was with UPS. I had to change the delivery date from Monday to Tuesday and they actually delivered on Wednesday. Anyway that was a bit of a side issue, the main problem was although the battery was the correct physical size and the posts were correct the top profile was different to original and so it meant the battery clamp would not fit. Luckily I was able to engineer a solution but I am sure there are many people out there that would have not been. If the part is advertised as being suitable for the vehicle it should mean in every way as far as I am concerned.

The car part that was delivered was not the correct part for my car. Even though it said it was, was different from the picture shown on the website..which was the correct part. Had to call up local store, who got the part in from another store..the guy got 2 from 2 different stores in case 1 didn't come..Good job he did as when I went to collect the one he brought out was wrong again..7 inches longer than the cable needed..luckily the 2nd one was correct. Clearly wrong items had been packaged in wrong packaging as the 2 at the store were in packaging with the correct item number but only 1 was the correct item.

Have been very pleased with GSF in the past, on this occasion in spite of providing my registration the windscreen wipers supplied were not compatible. Have returned to branch and awaiting refund.

Ordered from NI as it said it had it in stock in the local Belfast store, was sent from England and shipping of double the actual cost of the item was charged... and then to top it off... received the wrong item. Purcahsed the correct item on Amazon, was delivered for free, the next day.

I ordered a CV boot kit for an Audi Allroad ST63ZJZ. The part you sent was the wrong size. It was too big to fit the CV joint. Luckily I was able to buy a universal boot that could be made to fit. However I have paid twice for a part. It doesnt give me confidence in GSF.

I typed in my registration number to the website and ordered the EGR valve for my car. The part delivered didn't fit my car and Customer Services then confirmed they couldn't supply the part for my car.

Car broke down at work, Ordered battery on line for next day delivery no issues, battery didn't turn up contacted them and was told they had no correspondence to the order. I sent the payment with a transaction number on but told them to cancel it and refund me as i had now got lift from a college to pick one up from the local ca parts place. So understanding they didn't have the correspondence and i had asked for a refund from them when it was sent as no delivery the next day. No one contacted me even though i tried to contact them there after to ask again for my refund still had no reply. Five days after i had ask to cancel and ask for refund a battery turned up at work! No one clearly listening, I spoke with the courier whom told me it would be tracked right back to sender. Only when the battery had got back to them they contacted me completely ignoring my previous emails back to them. I did get a refund on it even though it took them over a week. I wasn't impressed at all.

ordered battery friday 2 feb , next day delivery, message said tuesday del be in to sign, nothing till 7.35 pm your delivery has been moved to wednesday 10.10 to 12.10 please be in, nothing then sais be after 15.00, waited till after 4 pm rang up , small problem it will be del thursday as priority, again nothing, rang again after 10 minutes oh it is lost, do you want a refund, NO want that battery, we will re order and will be with you monday, one day delivery will be 10 days 3 days waiting in, with no calls to tell me problem
