Every time they give you the wrong parts and you have to go back waste time and effort to rectify their mistakes despite saying ARE YOU SURE THESE ARE CORRECT!!!!

I paid for next day delivery on a Monday they came on Thursday. Could have saved my money and had standard delivery

I had to wait an inordinate amount of time before I was seen. There were three of us waiting to be served. The first customer took so long to be sorted that the person in front of me decided he’d had enough and left the shop. All the time there were 2 other individuals in the office but no one came out to help serve. Eventually when I was served I mentioned to the lady serving me that she’d lost a customer but she looked vagued and didn’t say a word. Then she proceeded to match up a lot of receipts which were on the counter but I interrupted and told her I needed to be served and that could wait for later (I was the last customer in the shop). After serving me she said they were going into a new system!!! so I said they needed to!!! Something needs to be done about the way customers are dealt with if not you will certainly lose customers. Incidentally the man who left the shop told me it’s always like that and I’ve often seen large crowds queued up outside the shop. I for one will not be going back unless there is absolutely no alternative!!!

I ordered several parts for my ford fiesta, however the oil filter was incorrect and didn't realise this until I'd drained the oil etc...so I had the inconvenience of sourcing another one locally by a different supplier and luckily they delivered it with 30 mins to my house....I think I'll be using my local independent in future as this experience has put me off GSF....

Left at the counter even after ringing the bell, I told assistant the discount code on their website doesn't work, Was told bluntly we done do anything to do with the website, Not very helpful.

Ordered the required parts for my car, Had the order confrimed, had not heard anything for 3days then I e-mail GSF 24hrs later I get an e-mail saying that they dont have the required parts, Why did it take Me to follow up with e-mails before GSF done anything about my order??

Product in stock when ordered. After no notification of despatch I chased up the order using GFS online messaging tools. No replies despite 3 messages over 2 days. Order cancelled & refunded without them contacting me to see if I may have wanted alternative part (which I prob would have done). Shopped elsewhere instead.

Widnes branch is very slow in being served. Ordered click and collect, went to collect waited about 15 minutes to be served just to collect item and there were 5 people behind myself. Should be called, click and wait.

I paid for next day delivery and it arrived 2 days late. One of the parts was found to be out of stock so was substituted. Subseqnetly the substitute item was also found to be out of stock. This compounded the late delivery, further delaying completion of the work to the wehicle.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery, nothing recieved. Used online "where is my order" form, no replies. Battery recieved 48 hours later. Dispite being the "recommened" fit for my car it's smaller then the outgoing original battery. Seems to work (so far) but not confident it's the correct one and feel unlikely to get any help from GSF if it's the wrong one.
