Staff were helpful. However I placed an order in response to an offer of Free 5ltr Ad Blue when you spent £10 click & collect, which was emailed to me by yourelves. When i went to collect my order, I was told you had run out of Ad Blue, therefore I could not have any. If you are going to run a Free Stock Promotion, should enure you have adequate stocks!

Had to change store as got sick of waiting , went to store and there card machine wasn't even charged it then took 15 mins for them to charge it and then it wouldn't boot up apparently,,, went over to Gateshead and was in and out in literally 2 minutes down side is I had to drive the extra 15mile to get the part

Ordered item received notification it was ready to collect when I arrived it wasn’t there kept getting notifications saying I need to pick it up or it’ll go back in stock but item wasn’t in stick

Ordered 3 items for a job, got the email and text that they were ready to collect. When I arrived, one item wasn’t there as it hadn’t arrived yet, despite the stock check online, the email and the text confirming it was all ready. Even with a discount, it cost me a bit extra for a more expensive part that was in stock as I needed to do the job that morning. After a previous issue with ordering for delivery, and the fact they have a very slow website, GSF is my last resort for purchasing these days

I do not like doing this, but... I spent some time identifying the branch that had the part and ordered for collection. When I arrived I was told that the part was not actually in stock in that branch! TBF, home delivery was immediately offered but I needed the part ASAP. Ended up going 50 miles out of my way to collect it from another branch which is not ideal. Can I urge GSF to improve their online stock information as I have seen other customers experience this on previous occasions so this is not a one-off error. Given the distance I need to travel for parts, it has made me not trust what the website is telling me.

Found the staff to be rude and abrupt (A customer in front of me had the same, and walked out). Part was faulty, was told not their fault and to come back Monday/Tuesday. It was five minutes before closing, so I suppose this is acceptable from the company.

I’ve rated GSF poor, because their on line service is poor, it is completely disjointed from the actual Parts Stores. The staff in the Stores are brilliant but their hands are tied ‘cos they can’t offer the on line discounts. I contacted your on line help chat ‘cos I had already bought a part in store, as I couldn’t find it on line. So i couldn’t get the discount which you kept quoting in texts because I hadn’t ordered it on line. I then realised I needed the same part again, so to get the discount I tried to order it on line, but it kept telling me you didn’t stock it (but I knew you did cos I had already bought one) when I contacted your on line chat help service to explain the above, it told me to go to the Store & order the part from them. I did this & was again told I didn’t qualify for the on line offer of 20% discount. All the parts I obtained were good quality & fitted well & as I stated above, the on Store staff were really helpful & efficient, but I’m just annoyed that I had to pay full price for everything cos I couldn’t apply the discount you promised to me. The on line chat service was a complete waste of time imo. The in store staff saved you from getting a much worse review tbh.

Paid for next day delivery. Nothing arrived and I had to ding Order was placed again and delivery charge refunded. Ordered Tuesday and didn’t receive till Friday pm x

The DMF was in a terrible state, burst out of its box going rusty battered, wasn’t impressed at all, won’t be using again.

I bought a lower control arm fitted it but the ball joint was wrong one so came back bought another arm Wrong ball joint again i live in barnsley so two trips to sheffield wasting my time and fuel I had to order from another parts company So not my best experience i have bought lots of other parts over the years and not had a problem

Paid for next day delivery, received email from DPD confiming delivery date, but missing the delivery time slot(which is normally included) . Received message at 19.59 that courier had attempted delivery, but nobody was home. The delivery email for the redelivery next day included a time slot! If a customer pays for next day delivery, then the booking email should include a time slot as is normal for all other deliveries. A cynic would conclude that the courier never attempted the next day delivery, hence the lack of a time slot in their email and the 19.59 message!
