I’ve rated GSF poor, because their on line service is poor, it is completely disjointed from the actual Parts Stores. The staff in the Stores are brilliant but their hands are tied ‘cos they can’t offer the on line discounts. I contacted your on line help chat ‘cos I had already bought a part in store, as I couldn’t find it on line. So i couldn’t get the discount which you kept quoting in texts because I hadn’t ordered it on line. I then realised I needed the same part again, so to get the discount I tried to order it on line, but it kept telling me you didn’t stock it (but I knew you did cos I had already bought one) when I contacted your on line chat help service to explain the above, it told me to go to the Store & order the part from them. I did this & was again told I didn’t qualify for the on line offer of 20% discount. All the parts I obtained were good quality & fitted well & as I stated above, the on Store staff were really helpful & efficient, but I’m just annoyed that I had to pay full price for everything cos I couldn’t apply the discount you promised to me. The on line chat service was a complete waste of time imo. The in store staff saved you from getting a much worse review tbh.
