Got the wrong air filter and one of the oil containers had been damaged and leaked 1 of the 5 litres. No response to email and pictures sent. although bombarded with adds. Just written off money and will not use them again.

I ordered a car battery to be delivered. Upon opening the package, there was an excessive amount of electrolyte acid, contained within a polyethylene bag, that the battery was placed in, inside the box. Two pieces of absorbent cloth placed at the top and bottom of the battery, were soaked. This electrolyte ended up on my hands, causing skin irritation. The battery could have lost too much electrolyte and be damaged. I had to fit it anyway as I needed my car urgently. I definitely wouldn’t buy another battery and have it delivered. I also ordered parts for another vehicle, which arrived with the packages opened or damaged on the items ordered. Not happy at all and won’t be repeated.,

Bought on line wrong as no stock locally .wrong part . Wouldn’t take it back in local Store waiting for refund . Worst thing an Alternator for a Focus . Pig to fit 3hrs was no good . Another 3 hrs to fit another . The staff at Plympton are very helpful , I am doubting the quality of a lot of the products .

Ordered an item on a Sunday and paid for next day delivery guaranteeing delivery on Tuesday. Nothing arrived on Tuesday. Chased it up on Wednesday and was told that the item was lost in transit but I never received a tracking number. Furthermore, there were no replacements available so my order was automatically cancelled and refunded. Very disappointed but the fast refund led to 2 stars instead of 1 - if this item was lost in transit then someone should have contacted me and not just left me to chase it.

Purchased a pair of replacement brake calipers for a Honda Jazz, these are on an exchange basis with a £41 surcharge on each caliper which is returned upon receipt of the old calipers. Did the job returned the old used calipers to the Burgess Hill branch for my surcharge refund to be told that they could not accept them because they need to be in the boxes that the new items came in, totally ridiculous ! I protested that I had travelled 10miles to return them and asked why they had to be boxed, no explanation was given.

I have not fitted the part yet but it did not look like the picture on the Website, so I felt misslead. It is not worth the money I paid.

Ordered two parts online. One heavy suspension arm and one small brake light switch. parts arrived in a cardboard box. brake light switch was smashed to bits in box by heavy suspension arm. Went to local store to replace switch. Luckily they had one in stock. Service in my local store is always good. But online delivery has let them down.

Unfortunately, the parts were incorrect and the returns process is proving difficult to try and recover my money, another as the vehicle is vor another supplier stepped in and has supplied the correct parts to get the customers vehicle back on the road, this is the first time ive used GSF and does not fill me with confidence for any future supplies.

Car battery was transported & delivered to me upside down. Exactly the same thing as happened with an identical delivery from the same company (UPS) last August! On opening the box, I could see drops of battery acid on the plastic, inner lining. Last year, I burned lots of holes in a good shirt, after I removed that battery from the plastic liner, so I didn't do that this time. I just adv ised UPS - who only acknowledged my email - and GSF who didn't realise how dangerous this could be. They also suggested, without seeing the parcel, that it was only a few drops of acid which had leaked. I wonder how they worked that out. Much better would have been to acknowledge UPS's bad delivery. I'll return the battery.
