Description of product was different on website than original product. Product ordred was a higher specifications wehereas product given was with low specifications.

The prices are excellent that’s why I will continue to order from them, unfortunately there delivery service is terrible both h orders I have made have been lost and customer service couldn’t even track where they were! So they did eventually come but days later..

When I arrived to the shop for collection, besides the waiting time, they told me that the one part is not in stock and I can buy a different one, obviously without the online discount.

Unfortunately, failed this time. Placed an order for collection. Got the email to say it's ready. Went next day and they couldn't find the item. Had to go back the following day to get it.

Not very good to be honest Had to wait 18 day for a 2 to 3 day delivery And then only one of the two item arrived in the end I had to just go to the shop and pick it up

well packaged of dash cam were not sealed and were clearly missing some parts while customer service were just hiding behind some formalities that ruined whole experience. While price/deal and postage were good- buying and paying for shipping of missing bits offset it.

Was meant to be delivered on a Tuesday. Came Fri. And some of the parts did not fit my car. So I then had to send back. I am waiting for a refund

Previous experience not a problem, just on this occasion took 10 days to arrive, considering it stated 2-3 days delivery, parcel ripped at the top, an item missing in the parcel but still waiting for the missing item to be delivered.

Had to chase up parts as hadn't arrived, when operator at head office checked had not even been scheduled for delivery, Operator did then sort and arrived after promptly

Ordered item on Express Delivery but it took a week to arrive. Minimal communication apart from email explaining it was "unforseen delay" and no updates about status of delivery. Disappointing experience and customer service.

Wanted a battery for my car, i put in registration number, it came up with the right vehicle and quoted, i accepted but battery is not sufficient in cranking amps nor capacity

I ordered service parts online an discount should have been applied with my order it’s should have been £41 pounds for engine oil and oil filter but never mind it’s was £46 furthermore I went on the same day but the guy didn’t give me the correct filter so I ended up paying £48 £5 should have been applied with my order engine oil was correct but not the filter

Order parts on online, when time to collect no body on the counter to serve. All on the and told go to counter and wait there. Next day collect the parts. Also parts were completely wrong. No happy with service and staff attitude.

Click and Collect order placed the previous day. Walk into reception and wait 5 mins, before having to shout that I am at the desk... another 2 mins, somebody comes to the desk. Locates my order and then dissappears for 10 mins. Comes back with half the order. Checks computer and dissappears for another 10 minutes. Then returns with x5 1l oil bottles to go with the 5l can returned on first trip, after I had placed an order for x2 5l cans, which were showing as in stock. Challenged the guy on why it took so long for a click and collect, he said they dont have a click and collect stagging area! So, wasted 30 mins of my time, for what should have been 2 mins, and not what I ordered.

I’ve been using GSF for years, but recently received very poor service the delivery I paid for next day arrived 2 days late, and could not get any response via the online chat or email or phone. It’s like GSF have become a ghost website operation, don’t trust them now and won’t use again.
