Car battery was transported & delivered to me upside down. Exactly the same thing as happened with an identical delivery from the same company (UPS) last August! On opening the box, I could see drops of battery acid on the plastic, inner lining. Last year, I burned lots of holes in a good shirt, after I removed that battery from the plastic liner, so I didn't do that this time. I just adv ised UPS - who only acknowledged my email - and GSF who didn't realise how dangerous this could be. They also suggested, without seeing the parcel, that it was only a few drops of acid which had leaked. I wonder how they worked that out. Much better would have been to acknowledge UPS's bad delivery. I'll return the battery.

DPD delivered to incorrect address, luckily the person it was delivered to, brought the package to me. Did speak with DPD and the told me that they would get their driver to collect from the wrong address, but didn’t happen

Bought a new stop start battery and it is letting me down and as a driving instructor not acceptable, causing me more time, money and stress trying to sort it out!

Just really bemused with this firm. Their courier is so bad I won't use them again. All went well when ordering, then when DPD got their hands on it , all went pear shaped. DPD sent me a note saying they would deliver on 6 July, but they did not turn up. They sent me an email saying they had left it on the rear porch that day, but they had not. Then they tried to deliver on 7 July but as I did not know they would and was out, they left with the package. It was a spark plug , that any sensible person would have put through my letterbox. Then I never heard from them again. I went on the DPD website to find they hadn't bothered to redeliver and have sent the part back to GSF. GSF were hopeless, never contacted DPD and had no idea what was going on. I asked them to send me a replacement by Royal mail, or a refund. They said they would refund me but so far (13 July) have not. Useless and frustrating.

Had incorrect part delivered . Correct according to your website . Rang and discovered you didn’t have the correct part in stock . Inconvenient to say the least . I also don’t like being called “mate” by your staff .

Part didn't fit/wrong one for vehicle. Ordered online but would not accept return next day in local depot. Apparently have to get return number.... Blah blah. Costs more than item worth.

Website easy to use. Unfortunately I am still waiting on the car parts I ordered (it's been 8 days so far). I contacted customer service who advised apparently items where lost in transit. They have resent order but didn't even offer next day delivery as an apology. So if items arrive when they say they should, I will have waited a total of 11 days. Not the best of experiences, but I do think this isn't a common occurrence.

I ordered my car battery on 11th June and it said delivery would be 13th June. No battery turned up on 13th so I phoned and was told it would be 14th. At 18.07, after having taken a day off work and waited in all day, I checked the tracking to see a message saying that delivery had been attempted and there was nobody in!!! My husband and I were sat in the room on a sofa that directly faces the window. Nobody came anywhere near our house and certainly didn't knock on the door as our dog would have gone mental! Tracking said delivery would be attempted again the following day. When my battery finally arrived on Thursday, we discovered that the battery had been packed upside down and battery fluid had leaked everywhere.

There wasn’t any warning that the sort wasn’t in stock when I ordered this. Been waiting a month and still nothing.

Ordering parts was fine but the 1st time they were delivered the box had been opened, not split, opened! Oil container was leaking, filter had been crushed and spark plug damaged. I rejected it all. 2nd delivery attempt in the next few days was intact but had parts missing! Contacted customer services and was told that the parts were no longer available. The 1st mistake I can blame on your choice of courier but the 2nd mistake is all GSF.
