“Placed my order on the 22nd had an email on the 24th to say the order was delivered. Then had nothing for a week or so, I’ve messaged using ‘live chat’ function about 4 times and had no response. I finally got an email earlier into January in which they said they would personally send me update of the order, again nothing. Emailed them back for them to say it had been lost. They sent out the parts again and I got them in a couple of days. I’ve used GSF many times in store, had no problems, This is the first time I’ve ordered online and it will be the last. The lack of communication was terrible.”

“I ordered disc brakes and pads and a driveshaft on the 7th of January 2025 .Paid for 2 -3 days delivery but my order was on delivered on the 17th of January with the brakes missing. When I tracked the order with UPS they said they did not have the order this was on the 14th .Even GSF did not know what was happening with the order.I am so disappointed because I could not get my car fixed on time.I have to get a lift to work, so inconvinient.”

“You didn't deliver my battery on the day l ordered it for after l paid for next day delivery aswell. Also l rang 4 time each time waiting for 15 minute only for you to hang up on me. What l will say is when l rang for the fifth time Dan answer the call and was very helpful he cancel my order and refunded my payment. After l cancel my order the battery was delivered by UPS 4 days to late. So l then phoned up to return the order only to wait for 15 minutes for you to hang up again!!! Regards Michael Forbes.”

“I have used gsf for a few years and never had any issues, but I ordered a battery and paid for next day delivery, I've never heard so many excuses, about the order not arriving , they blamed ups for the delay but I contacted ups and they said that they had not even received any info or order to deliver on my item , I did receive the item eventually and a refund for the next day delivery payment, but poor service this time”

“In the past I have had no issue ordering from GSF car parts but on this occasion a simple battery order due to be delivered in 2-3 days turned into a complete nightmare with the battery going missing then a delivery attempted two weeks later.”

“2 orders in the space of a week, paid the extra for next day delivery and neither orders were next day,I appreciate it was a fault with the courier and they refunded the next day delivery cost and offered me a discount on my next order. However again I paid next day delivery and it still took 2 days. Won’t be using again, I’ll just drive 8 miles to euros and pick up myself”
