Main issue is the battery was not as described on the website, battery power delivered lower than advertised. Currently waiting on GSF to resolve and respond, with either replacement or at least a discount or other form of compensation, a response would be helpful as I cannot currently use the vehicle. Delivery took 7 days not 2-3 as stated this may have been due to DPD who dleivered.

Won't use again because they use Evri. Supposedly 2 day delivery, it finally turned up 8 days later.

One item was missing, and there was lots of trouble to get it sorted. Someone promised me to send me the missing part, but never received the item only when I have contacted you again, the part has been sent.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service I received. My order was mismanaged and because of the time it took to deliver my order, I nearly lost the opportunity for my MOT retest.

Was sent an email as I am on their email list, there was an offer of a free umbrella to the first 250 orders for wiper blades. I ordered a pair, a box large enough to accomodate an umbrella arrived, but there was only a pair of lonely wiper blades in the bottom and no umbrella. I then sent an email to customer services, who have not yet had the decency to respond about it, saying that I had ordered the wiper blades less than 2 hours after receiving the email and found it hard to believe they had taken 250+ orders in that time. To rub more salt into the wound, the next day I get another email with the same offer stating that there are still a few umbrellas left! GSF, you need to wake up and honour your offer, I started to buy my parts from you rather than another supplier, but now will be going back.

GSF CarSharts : Thought I'd use GSF for a change for the purchase of some much needed light bulbs for my Citroen, coming in at a fraction under £25, I decided to order some armorall cleaning materials to take the order over £25 and qualify for free delivery. Unfortunately, when concluding the order and trying to make payment, I was directed to select either £2.99 2-3 day express delivery or £4.99 next day delivery. The aforementioned free p&p was not available and the order could not be placed without paying for postage, even though I'd qualified for it. Needing the bulbs, i paid £2.99 and subsequently waited for the delivery, the 3 days came and went without any delivery, eventually i received an email on the 4th day confirming delivery for the 5th day, which when it arrived was incomplete. I received no correspondence regarding the missing items, no apology, no refund, nothing, so i contacted customer services, who said the items were due direct from the supplier the following day. They failed to materialise, so another call was made to customer services, my order in full was concluded 10 days after the order was placed having qualified for free delivery, but having had to pay for express 3 day delivery. 10 days, to deliver a few bulbs and some sponges, free delivery that you have to pay for having been upsold in the first place and customer services that tell you what you want to hear and then don't email you back as promised. This is a review of the online service NOT the counter service who in Poole are exceptional. Very difficult to use the online shop, especially in my case where I had ordered a part and tried to make up the extra by buying something else to get me to the £25 free delivery. That was the most time consuming exercise and I gave up affter going round in circles. The main problem would be that the item I selected didn't seem to give clear indication of eligibility for free delivery... a simple explaination on the page would help. However, the help lines were helpful and courteous, but I think even they became confused. The worst problem and my reason for low rating has been that the delivery didn't make it the next day. This was critical to me for my plans, in the end it cost me quite a loss of income. It did arrive the following day. Information came through from the delivery company, they were very good, but the GSF part wasn't given to them until it was too late.

Bought a 10l pack of Drivetec Adblue that supposedly came with a spout. It didn't. Ever tried pouring out of a heavy 10l bottle. Don't falsely describe items Price was good though hence 2 stars

Emailed me asking 'Hi "GSF Car Parts \u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\u00a0\u200c\,' Not a great start. Stuff on the website is had to see what is locally avalibale just mail orders. But at least everything fits.

Delivery was 2 days outside there advertised time. Ordered on Wednesday delivered the following Tuesday. Quite poor nowadays

I was disappointed in how long it took to deliver, I was given a delivery date and it never arrived , I know I opted free std delivery , but it was less than 3 miles from me.

The website was great and found the correct part (a car battery) for my vehicle. Chose to order on tthe site on the basis that the delivery was on Tuesday. Delivery didn't happen, chased Wednesday and Thursday, part arrived on Friday and staff had no real information on what was happening. When the battery turned up, it was great and the car was back on the road, but we did need the car when waiting for delivery. Shame.

Because any "offer" via the website is "unavailable" via "GSF" website, or whoever may be offering "gsf-car-parts/company) your services on your behalf. Which is very intersting as, even though "click and collect" payment is not made untill collected in person at which time, the "online offer" is NOT accepted as "part of your counter trading agreement" !!! Which is confusing, as the whole point of any trading offer is one of a "valid offer to treat" !! accepted by one's of the acceptance "by reward and/or consideration" by "THE OFFER" An offer is ‘an expression of willingness to contract on certain terms, made with the intention that it shall become binding as soon as it is accepted by the person to whom it is addressed.’

Wrong part (again). Returns are a real pain, I either have to drive 40mins to a store or print out a return form and post at my own expense.
