Ordered standard service items, (oil & filters) on Saturday didnt get delivered until Thursday

Got the item sorted out… in the end got a promo steering lock that was supposed to come with the cover and it didn’t. Went to the local store gave me a number that didn’t seem to work so rung them back, and was given an email and was eventually sorted. I also questioned why the exact same product was on the website for £16 cheaper and didn’t get a response from Gsf online. Probably won’t use them again. Only got the extra star as they sent the cover out quickly.

The part was a Bosch so as expected was a good quality product, what let the whole process down for me was the tracking of the item, I recieved a email stating that the item was soon to be dispatched but that was it, no idea of the courier or of the tracking ID, i was just left hanging around waiting for the part to arrive. Now you do not order a coil pack on the off chance you might need it, there was a job waiting to be finished so it was very annoying, so much so I nearly went else where to get a cheaper product because I was just going to return the item.

I ordered 4 items. It was mainly one I wanted but ordered 4 things so I could benefit from the free postage. However the main thing I wanted was then cancelled from my order. So I ended up with the 3 I wasn't to bothered about.

Unfortunately I will have to give a low score as the courier delivered a car battery on its side even though there was clear markings on the box stating "This way up". Some of the corrosive battery acid had leaked out. It was also 2 days late.

The fuel filter I ordered after online recommendation (with ref to my reg) from GSF did NOT fit my vehicle. Had to order a new one and yet to take this product back to GSF store.

very poor you managed to send a heavy parcel with an incoplete delivery address that had then returned to base by the delivery company and for me to sorce the items localy at an increased price.

Well, was completely unimpressed with my visit to the Slough store. My wiper blades would cost £70 unless I did click and collect. Which meant they would be £43. Didn't have time to do this so ordered for delivery for same price. Delivery company failed to deliver (Hermes) to correct address. Claimed a refund and bought elsewhere!!

Ordered 2coil springs for front suspension, parts delivered 1 front and 1 rear coil. Thank you to the manager at my local branch who exchanged me the correct part.

I very upset about my order fries order get lost in the post one week later got refund second order wrong address bay the Evri delivery service however when I open the box I found wrong item in the box now I am waiting for return the item not happy at all.

Ordering process was OK but the delivery company that was used is useless, evri. Delivered my order to the wrong street and then sent a picture of a different door to where thye deliverd. One of the boxes was also damaged.

Having ordered a new car battery was given a date for delivery which happened to be 6th May, Bank Holliday which wasn't going to happen! Stayed in the next day awaitng delivery from what I expected to be your own delivery van to be sent an e-mail from Evri seying thay had received my parcel awaiting despatch. Another e-mail sent from Evri to sey there was a delay! Followed this up with GSF who said the parcel was in the London depo, & could offer a return parcel & refund, this eventualy I took up as was told by an automated call that my parcel could not be deliverd. Received my refund within 3 working days, Thanks K. Perry.

Online service was great and the support to find the right parts was perfect, where you were let down was only 1 person on a till in the Bletchley store so waited 30 mins to be served then 15 mins for them to find the parts.

Received a parcel that I did not order, queried with online chat who essentially said if you can't bring it back dispose if it. What a waste and why when the mistake is not the customers should they take it back. A small charge from evri to collect would help your profits no end. I did return it to my local gsf depot at my own cost and time as I don't appreciate waste. I may question who I order from in the future if this is a policy.
