Received a parcel that I did not order, queried with online chat who essentially said if you can't bring it back dispose if it.
What a waste and why when the mistake is not the customers should they take it back.
A small charge from evri to collect would help your profits no end.
I did return it to my local gsf depot at my own cost and time as I don't appreciate waste.
I may question who I order from in the future if this is a policy.
