Purchased the Dellonda camping fridge entirely on the misleading description. Clearly states the fridge comes with a 230v adapter for home use. IT DOES NOT. Only the 12v as expected. I should have known better. Its my own fault for trusting these barrow boys.

After numerous attempts to get delivery details corrected parcels still go to 1 Ferniehill street once again thankfully delivery driver was on the ball and seen my leave at 1 Ferniehill way and got delivered this time doubtful I will use again as it’s a complete pair calling and trying to sort out all depts have been blamed but still wrong postal delivery address on every delivery note / label

Ordered 4 items and paid for next day delivery. Only 2 items arrived next day. Had to buy the missing goods in state as they were needed. Not had my next day delivery refunded yet. Poor service really. 3 phone calls needed.

Battery damaged in transit and returned by UPS, no communication from GSF, only discovered this when enquiring about order delivery being overdue. No more in stock, refund offered but still had to claim through PayPal as refund was not received.

Gsf themselves were great, shipped out on time - however the choice of courier (Evri) meant the parcel didn't arrive for 5 days.

I ordered a set of front and rear disc & pads for a 2011 Honda Jazz using the vehicle registration number. Both the front and discs along with the front pads were great. The rear pads were nowhere near, almost 1/3 bigger, so I had to buy a correct set from a local parts store to get the car back on the road. Wishing I'd gone to the local store in the first.

Hello, very pleased with my new battery, however I had an email from ups on 17th July it would delivered the next day, it finally turned up 6 days later. This was not a problem but when you are told next day ,you expect it. Many thanks Ivan.

Order a clutch on line, check with the registration of my car, was told it will fit, Rang them on the Monday morning to find out it won’t fit my vehicle , asked them not to send it to me. But was told as it had been invoiced and awaiting collection by the delivery company, had to send it to me order another one that will fit from the unit in Trafford park Manchester, on click and collect then phoned them to say that I would pick the new clutch up return that was posted to me at the same time. This was agreed then turned up on Friday to pick the clutch up and return. The one I received that day only to be told they didn’t have one there for me. Straight and I could go to Blackburn or Liverpool to collect one all in all not a very good day for me

Their poor choice of courier (EVRI) does not guarantee next day delivery. I paid the extra for next day but the courier failed to deliver. Waste of time.

Everything is great unless you wish to use the returns process, I took my item back to the local branch as directed, they did not know how to process the return as they said it had been updated and they did not know what to do, so after a few phone calls, I had to fill in a paper sheet then walk away and be told just wait for head office to handle it now. Not acceptable get your act together as your poor staff have no training or idea on how to deal with a return

Paid £9.95 for next day delivery on Thursday parcel didn't arrive till Monday.Ended up with a refund for delivery and lost days wages.
